Patience Is Appreciated

The staff was very helpful when I ordered the wrong size costume and sent me a new size at no additional charge even before I sent back the first one. Then was very patient while I finally got around to sending it back! It was a very busy several weeks but they were patient, I appreciate that! And the FairyTale show was a huge success because Red Riding Hood had a proper fitting costume! Thanks Yall!!

Really bad service

Really bad service. I ordered the costume for an 80s party and paid an extra charge for quick delivery. However , the item was not delivered on the day expected then the following day I emailed FUN ( the company dealing with the payments and deliveries ) and they responded that the package was with Fedex and I need to get in touch with them because the address was wrong! The address was correct but it was a struggle to get in touch with them which I don’t understand why I have to spend the time to be sorting out. Anyway, finally I contacted them and they said they’ll be able to deliver in 3 more days and raise complaint for stated incorrect address.
In that time Halloween/FUN said they will refund the price of the costume but not the delivery charge of £17!
This is just ridiculous and I really don’t know what to do. I feel so wronged.
Please be careful with them.

ABYSMAL!

ABYSMAL!! the item was broken on arrival and they are refusing to take it back. SUCH bad construction it is basically a joke. the seams were crooked and folded over only once, the arm fell off when I put it on and the hat was crumpled up so it looks like crap. Their return system is designed to have a bug so you can't return and they don't pick up the phone or have a VM box. I'm filing a chargeback. SHOCKINGLY bad service - I"m VERY sure these reveiws are fake. Again, the product was HORRIBLY cheaply made.

rotten experience! do not use halloweencostumes.com!

rotten experience with my first & will be only order from halloweencostumes.com. i paid more for quicker shipping, yet they used FedEx Ground Economy; my package is about 1 week late now & well past the parties i needed the costumes for. i called the company & they didn't over overnight shipping & didn't care about my situation. i asked for a full refund & they said no; they are horrible & disgusting people. do not buy from them or consider them, imo.

You’ve been warned!

Do not order from here.
You have been warned!!!
Not only are the costumes more expensive than elsewhere but they expect you to pay to return your unwanted items.
That’s fine but to add insult to injury they charge you 18% for reasons unknown!

Despite my chasing it then took 3 weeks before I got my refund despite chasing several times and them confirming they had received the return back on the 14th January, they just make you wait for your money.

A total of £17 was taken off me for nothing!! And postage I paid so I’m down by over £22!

I did order another costume from them that I ended up wearing. It cost me over £55 and was cheap and itchy.
Wouldn’t recommend and the lady on customer services was a right snarky so and so!

I know it states the 18% in the refund policy blah blah blah but it’s a vulgar business model and is a fine way to lose a lot of custom! I won’t be using you again and I’ve spread the feedback far and wide on socials too! Awful!

Would not recommend ordering from this…

Would not recommend ordering from this company. They want items to be return in original packaging and unopened, so basically you have to look through the packaging to determine if you want to use the costume or not before trying it on? Ordered from them twice but I'm going to Disney to run so I was desperate this second time. Sad you have to pay an 18% restocking fee. And the costume aren't cheap, the Up costume is very cheaply made and thin , I bought two sizes but the design is perfect, which sucks. Definitely can buy something better/cheaper on Amazon. I got the same cupcake and bubble gum machine for half price, but it was super hard finding the only African American princess but size are off & I am now out $100 dollars. Wouldn't recommend unless you have money to give away because of their sizes.

I had an excellent experience with Halloween Costumes' customer service. I purchased a costume for my daughter but realized the delivery date would be after the event. When I reached out to cancel, their team responded promptly and processed my refund exactly as they advised—within 5 business days. Ordered two costumes and paid extra to have them shipped to me on time. They did not get delivered on time so i needed to return them. I did in October. Finally got my refund in December with an 18% "restocking fee" attached to each item returned!! how frustrating is that as a consumer? I got charged a restocking fee on items that didn't get to me as promised by the company. huh? The only reason i didn't give 1 star is because costumer service finally got my refund plus extra fees charged and also gave me $40 credit, which was nice but will not be using.

HalloweenCostumes.com is a fantastic company! Over the past couple of years, I have ordered several costumes from them, and they have provided excellent customer service and quality products.
I love that they carry all sizes and have a great selection! Their sales, coupons, and rewards make them very affordable. I have been happy with everything I have bought from them.

Excellent product…

Halloween Costumes delivered my selection in a swift manner, and I was amazed by the quality of their product. Each costume had such detail and came with accessories to the period i chose. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants costumes for plays and performances as well as holidays.

DO NOT ORDER from this company.I ordered to bee costumes for pajamas and unfortunately they didn't fit so I wanted to return the items, not only do you have to pay to ship it back to them ,they also charge you an 18% restocking fee. Then the refund can take up to 4 weeks to process. buy the same crap on amazon you will be better off. I am out $80 dollars.Not to mention the costume is has very bad lint issue meaning that when I tried on the expensive cheap product it left black material all over my white tshirt.STAY AWAY .......

Do not order from them!

I ordered from HalloweenCostumes.com, but my package was marked as delivered, yet I never received it. Despite my attempts to resolve this, the company repeatedly directed me to FedEx, which cannot assist with claims. Their refusal to take responsibility, even though they selected the courier and shipping method, has been frustrating. They also failed to offer any real help or alternative solutions, making it clear they prioritize their policies over customer service. I do not recommend this company

I couldn't be happier

I couldn't be happier! I've been wanting this costume for years, even made my own 20 years ago. The mask needs some modifications for the ears and eye holes but nothing I couldn't manage to make it better! I go the XL and am glad, it fits perfectly for me with some room but if I were any larger or taller it probably would be a tight fit. Ordering and shipping were very easy and quick, not one issue with either! I plan on shopping at HalloweenCostumes for all my future costume needs!

Unique selection, inclusive sizing and ages, great customer service.

Okay, so, I gotta say, HalloweenCostumes.com seriously impresses me. As a grown-up who still loves to dress up, I was kinda blown away by their commitment to selection and licensing. They have everything from the classics to some seriously newer out-there stuff that it feels like a large company wouldn't tackle. It's awesome that they have sizes for everyone, so no one feels left out. And the quality? Pretty solid. I did a pre-order that I didn't think would make it by Halloween, but it did. Service was solid, and shipping was faster than estimated.
