Halo Flight thru Ms Ella helped us find reasonable ticket for the flight for our upcoming holiday to Philippines this coming 31 of December 2026. We asked her to arrange for a wheelchair for me at the airport there and back and to find out for us if taking with me my motorised scooter would be free of charge. Thankfully, Turkish Airline responded straight away on the day and after sending the requirements, we have been approved. So, a massive thank you Ms Ella for your patience and being accommodating in answering my husband's queries. I am giving you, 4* for now, and then, if I find no hassle travelling as a person with disability thru Halo flights, I will be coming back to give another review about my experience.

I tried to reach out to Halo holidays regarding my complaint. I would like to escalate the complaint as the discussion with halo holidays have not been helpful. Does anyone know whom to approach regarding the issues we faced during our trip planning to Japan in march / April 2026. It has been more than three months but not able to get any resolution from halo holidays.

I just like to commend Halo Philippines for helping me secure a ticket for my holiday this coming Christmas season. We all know that this around is the most challenging and expensive time of the year to get a value for money ticket.
