My husband and I decided that we would like to go to Japan and Bali but didn't know where to start until I seen a post on Facebook advertising Halo Holidays.
I enquired about a holiday and Dylan Taylor got back to me straight away. He took some details of what we wanted and hd gave us some fabulous suggestions which led to us booking a holiday. I must say that Dylan was so patient with the amount of questions I had and he helped us find our dream holiday. He was so professional and the service he provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend him to other people looking to find their dream holiday.

I booked my 60th birthday trip to Japan via Dubai.
My transfers didn't turn up in Dubai. The 2 emergency numbers they gave me didn't work one didn't answer the other said they no longer worked for Halo holidays.
Japan I had no problems.
My total trip was for 3 weeks. I booked a weeks stay in Dubai on my return journey.
2 weeks prior to my flight home Emirates messaged Halo to inform them of my flight change home. They never informed me of this I only realised when I went to check in 24 hours before hand. The change meant an extra nights stay.
I paid the extra night stay I then contacted Emirates about my extra costs they eventually responded saying its the responsibility of my tour operator to refund me.
I heard nothing from Halo now I'm waiting for them to decide if I'm intilted to a refund.
All they care about is getting your money I would never book with them again!

My experience with Hali holidays and it’s representative Peter was amazing, I would highly recommend you speak to Peter and listen to his advise, he was patient friendly and hassle free, he broke down a amazing plan and break down of hotels and flights and useful information. He even gave me time to look around at other companies that was also advertising the same sort of holiday without even pressuring me to come back to them, that relaxation and freedom made me go back to Halo holidays and Peter, it was a fantastic and relaxing experience I hade it this company and and the representative.. i cannot wait to go on my travels in the future and I am especially looking forward to going to Japan

The whole process with Halo Holidays was amazing and so easy start to finish. We had booked 15 days, going to Japan and Dubai on the way home. Damian was great and kept in contact with us throughout the whole booking process and even when we were away making sure we were ok and managed to get our flights/transfers. All of our hotels were lovely ! I cannot recommend halo holidays enough and I will continue to use them for the future holidays. Massive thanks to Damian for making this holiday so easy and stress free, especially with our concerns when the FCDO changed the travel advice for Dubai. We were in contact every day more or less on the lead up to our holiday and Damian was doing everything he could to make our trip possible.

We have read that Halo is a very highly rated travel company and our first experience with them has certainly confirmed that for us.
We had booked a Sri Lanka tour with another company who we have previously been very happy with and decided we wanted to add a dream Maldives stay at the end of it. Our tour company did not offer this, another company did Sri Lanka and the Maldives, but the cost was prohibitive.
So, after some searching, we came across and contacted Halo. Our call was answered promptly, and we were transferred to Shawn who has been absolutely first class in understanding and putting together our Maldives stay. Shawn clearly has in depth knowledge of flights, transfers and the resorts and this has repeatedly been demonstrated by the speed and level of detail of his responses.
Shawn has ensured that every aspect fits our requirements from length of stay, type and vibe of resort, the accommodation itself and very importantly the flights and transfers to fit in with our other travel arrangements.
Through Shawn we have now booked a stay that is for 4 nights, in upgraded water villa accommodation and all-inclusive for just £200 more than another company quoted for 3 nights, beach villa and breakfast only.
We are so happy and excited to now have this dream extension to our main holiday and cannot thank Shawn and Halo enough for making it happen
