Overall it was straightforward process with buying my house. Carl Bailey who handled my case was professional and friendly. Clear and secure communication via email and post mostly. That was convenient to my busy schedule. It’s unfortunate the admin failed to pick up the email sent by seller promptly and this delayed the purchase process a month.

Don’t recommend it at all. Polish girl that work there offered and arranged consultations which cost 246€.Consultation was very short. I was told that They will be able to help me and take over the case. After that, I was waiting more than 4 weeks to sign the contract. I contacted them and they told me to wait as we my case is not urgent. Consultation was very poor and short but I was pretty sure that they would know what to do and how to deal with my case. Pure scam!if you looking for solicitor- duble check them out! SCAM

The hamers Solicitors did a great job for us during the process of buying our first home. It took us a long time before we could secured a loan for our property but our solicitor continues be patient with us and continue to encourage us through their emails. As they was dealing with the seller's solicitor and the broker. Responding also to all the enquiries from the loan company,we appreciated thier constant commitment. . They did an excellent job, we honestly recommended hamers Solicitors to who may at initial stage find it difficult at the beginning of buying a property .They are honest,they do not overcharged. Sophie Rogers looked after the sale of a house for us, she was excellent from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend.
Just by comparison the buyer had a terrible solicitor so it made me appreciate how Sophie handled things even more.

Gemma prudent supported me with a very complex situation relating to my mortgage. I can not fault her in the slightest, she was so responsive and knowledgable and made a very complex situation a lot easier for me to manage. She was very attentive and understanding of our situation and nothing was ever a silly question. I am pleased to say that we completed on our property and also with Gemma’s support it enabled me to be able to move my dad from the other side of England into my old property. She also dealt with my help to buy which was an absolute pain from the provider, she did this in such a skilled way and I would not be in the position which I am in now without her. I honestly cannot recommend Gemma enough.
