Very attentive service. The gift (a treat to myself) arrived promptly and was exquisitely packaged. I receive a follow-up email to make sure I was happy with everything. They really made me feel like my custom was appreciated.

What a fantastic and enjoyable experience. From the first foot inside the door to the last foot leaving, from the welcome to the excellent customer service and professionalism, it was just an experience that ticks all the good boxes.

Lovely service and attention to detail from Jonathan during our visit to the shop on George Street, Edinburgh. He was patient, knowledgeable and offered great advice as my daughter selected her preferred Rolex watch. After visiting Hamilton & Inches on Saturday 17th Feb. I finally got to purchase my very 1st Rolex. The whole experience from start to finish was exemplary thanks to their extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jonathan and the assistant sales manager were very attentive and wanted to make sure my purchase was just right.
Anyone looking for a Rolex I’d highly recommend visiting this beautiful boutique.

I went to Hamilton and Inches, in the end of 2023 to buy my first Rolex. It was a really important and exciting moment for me, and my experience had been great. Especially, thanks to Crystal with who I dealt! Crystal is really nice and professional, she had been convenient with me and i feel that she is always taking care and listening the wish of the client.

Crystal made my Hamilton and Inches experience great. Her fantastic customer service and welcoming attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. I’ll definitely be heading back for my next jewellery purchase.

After telling Crystal I was shopping for a gift for my father’s 60th she has gone above and beyond to help me source this.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, which helped narrow down my search. During this process I was also offered a tea/coffee or a glass of champagne making the very special experience that bit better.
She made me feel very at ease in store and I cannot recommend dealing with her (or H&I) enough.

Beautiful shop especially during christmas time. The staff is super friendly, always had a warm welcome, been offered a drink and been attended in due time.

As per the below and feedback to talk to the manager at this retailer today.

Spoke with the manager (Crystal) what a disappointment. Rather than an apology re poor service suggested they would need to look at photographic evidence rather than the word of three customers ( in buying an expensive ring ).

She then said of course I am not a jeweller. Actually you are also not a great manager.

This retailer now wanting deposits and the costs are just ridicules. My last visit I think. Owners beware your business is on the way down. Buyers beware. Not the store it used to be.

I’ve got very expensive pearl necklace from Hamilton and Inches which I have worn less than 20 times in total. In that time it’s had to be restrung three times due to breaking and the clasp has failed twice. Every time I’ve paid H&I to repair. This time they say I need a new clasp - a tiny component - and that it’s £350 to fix it. The shop is beautiful and the staff are generally very good but it’s very overpriced indeed these days.
