Produits are always so nice but the delivery is not acceptable .
I was supposed to receive the package at home where I was ( I insist about this point that I was at home all delivery day ) but but it was not the case .
They leave it at at a relay place and then it was quite a nightmare to get it .

Great service
At first they send us the wrong product but when I contacted them about it they where very helpful.
They replaced the product very quickly and even gave us an extra gift for compensation. Also very beautiful and good quality products.

Asks me for a review while I did not receive the package yet. Very bad service, site indicated it would be here in one day and after a week I'm still waiting. No updates whatsoever. Bad experience overall
Update: after canceling the order as they could not deliver they bluntly told me I would receive my money back after 30 days. This does not comply with Dutch law (= max 14 days) but is also very rude and customer unfriendly in my opinion. I would definitely warn you Not to order at this untrustworthy company!!

Great service and delivery, very happy and satisfied with my Tokio towel. Nice packaging but a smaller parcel instead of a box (for just one towel) would prevent separate delivery by parcel service and be more eco-friendly. Also it could lower delivery costs.
