Absolutely love the lined Christmas sacks and I have bought one for each of my grandchildren for their first Christmas. I followed them up with the Christmas Eve boxes which have been a big success. Great company. Love the products. Keep up the good work!

I ordered personalised Christmas crackers and am very, very happy with them. They are just great! I had contacted with The Handmade Christmas Co regarding delivery times and received a reply almost straight away. Very friendly, fast and efficient service and the crackers are beautiful. The advent calender arrived well before it is needed

This is the third year I have ordered these crackers. They are beautifully finished and look wonderful on my Christmas table. Customer service is excellent too!

Customer service as it should be! I had some queries regarding a product and William could not have been more helpful, responding quickly and with exactly what I needed to know. I placed my order and the status updates have been similarly professional.
In comparison I asked another company the same question about an almost identical product and it took weeks to get an answer.

I love the Christmas wood decorations, in dog and cat shapes, personalized.
I have been ordering several of both, with all the pet names I had and that have crossed the rainbow.
It is my way of having them "present" still. I loved them all, and I think it is a beautiful tribute to them.
I also bought a Christmas Eve personalized box for my son, 2 years ago. He was 28 years old at the time, and I think this was his favorite thing, that Christmas, believe it or not.
