Good price, item arrived safely the next day - no fuss, just excellent service.
There are no postage charges, and I can't see an option to use Apple Pay, so I wonder if the poor review relates to a different company?
One thing to note - I considered calling but got a message saying the number was a premium line.
1 star only because the product I bought was £5.99 plus £3.00 shipping and I have been charged £10.99. No review before purchase with Apple Pay.

Great company. Rang with a product query, they answered the phone straight away and made sure they got the right answer for me whilst I was on the phone. I ordered the item online and two days later it arrived, postage free! Very impressed by the personal service.
