I am blown away by the high quality service I've received from this nursery. Matt and his dedicated team certainly care about their customers and it shows the plant I received was an absolutely exquisite condition. Not a single bit of damage. The plant I receive d was Nepenthes Louisa and nepenthes Bill bailey both exquisitely high quality condition. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who wanted to buy an unusual exotic plant that eats insects and bugs. They're dedicated team certainly care about their customers and it shows. Thank you very much Matt and your dedicated team for selecting me two stunning plants . I am over the moon plus with next day delivery as a bonus so didn't have to wait 3 or 4 days like other places with regular updates for that dispatch process. Made multiple orders, absolutely brilliant. Matt is great and the plants always arrive well wrapped, sometimes too well! I have to make sure not to stab the plant. They always arrive healthy. Definitely recommend along with Hewwit cooper.

We visited Hants Flytrap nurseries yesterday and were absolutely amazed by the plants in the greenhouses there - such a treat.
We felt very welcomed and had a great time looking around at all the species.
We purchased some very healthy looking plants to bring home. Let's hope we can care for them and help them continue to thrive!

What a company.... order a 60 pound sarracenia 12 days later nothing received. 8 emails sent shoddy replies with a sorry but could not give a damn. 3 expecting delivery dates given one after another. Had to contact my bank for a refund. And nothing in a way of resolving. Will not use this shameful company again.

Bought some plants including Sundews from here October 2024. They were overwintered as per their growing guide.

Sent some pics in Feb showing the dormant state as I was not sure what they should look like at this stage and he said they looked OK.

Two have not regrown, seller refusing to replace which is very disappointing. Shall buy elsewhere in future.

Arrived beautifully packaged, healthy plants, just smaller division/plant than expected/shown on the website. Appreciate it's their dormant period - hoping for rapid growth in the spring!

I ordered 6 plants - 4 sundews and two fly traps. They took a little while to dispatch which wasn’t unexpected as I’d ordered just before an open weekend. They arrived really well packaged and in great condition; they all look really healthy and are good sizes. Will definitely order again.

Bought two sundew plants and am very pleased. Good size, proportions and look healthy. They were well packaged in recycled materials and arrived on time via DPD.

Really poor experience with this company. I bought a venus fly trap in April 2023 from this company. It was extremely weak. The spines on the leaves grew curved as it was so weak. I can only guess it was an offcut from an old plant. I contacted the company and they told me that it must be how im growing the plant and nothing to do with them. I've grown a flytrap in the exact same place previously and it was strong and grew perfectly. They then contacted me to state that they had no record of me buying the plant from them and that I must be confused and bought it from another company. I took a screen shot of the purchase from my online banking and sent it to them.

Plants arrived in really poor condition. Had to throw half of them away. Didn't get a response when I contacted them. I was so disappointed, as they show beautiful plants on their web site.

I've bought from Hampshire Carnivorous Plants many times, the plants have always been high quality and sent out very quickly. Never any complaints

I am sorely disappointed with this company (after initially being quite impressed). Not only did I never receive my order (DPD Lost it) The company refused to chase or follow up with DPD - that was left to me, then they canceled the order said they would refund me, but never did.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Very untrustworthy in my humble opinion. I should have gone through my credit card to get a refund, but with additional stress through COVID time has passed, fortunately, it was only a small purchase, however, I feel the need to warn others.
There are other suppliers out there and I managed to find another who has given great advice both before and after purchase (and they delivered!), so take your time and consider carefully.

Just ordered five carnivorous plants which came today

The package came super carefully packed, nothing was damaged at all. Some of the plants were already starting to flower showing they've been cared for. Will definitely order again! Made a lovely terrarium from them.

Excellent Customer Service - unfortunately the order was sent to the billing address rather than the delivery address. I called Customer Service who promptly had the parcel (which had been delivered to a neighbour) retrieved and then sent it on to the delivery address (2 hours away!) the following day - delivered by 11am!
