Customer service after buying a product…
Customer service after buying a product is non existing. Their phone number doesn't work and they never answer the emails/online forms. I didn't receive the ordered product and the only way I could get my money back was to contact PayPal as Hardloop would never answer. To avoid!

I ordered an item from the website. Delivery was promised by the 7th or the 8th of August. This is for a specific trip that I’m taking in the next few days. The telephone number available is just a recorded message. The site just says they’re too busy, and there’s been no response to the email I sent. I’m really frustrated — this is terrible service. Not my best experience so far.
I have ordered many times from Hardloop and never had an issue, but this last time things did not go well.
I ordered on 11/07 and received my order incomplete almost 3 weeks later.
Today 06/08 still have not received my item.

Terrible service
I purchased these shoes specifically for a hiking trip in Iceland, and I'm extremely disappointed with their quality. The shoes began to fall apart almost immediately, particularly the textile fabric, which started tearing after just a couple of days of use.
I contacted the manufacturer to file a warranty claim, but they refused to take responsibility and told me to contact the retailer. The retailer, in turn, was unhelpful and dismissed my complaint.
It is unacceptable to sell hiking shoes that only last for a few days. The build quality is abysmal, and the lack of support from both the manufacturer and the retailer is frustrating. I would not recommend this product or brand to anyone.
The store simply does not publish my review on its website.

After I traced incorrect track and trace no., visting the shop twice and endless mails with what seems like a robot: no shoes, no money.
