Brought a hard top for my ranger and from the get go they were polite and pleasant but most off all kept me up to date and all aspects of the job in hand. Would definitely recommend them.

Initially had problems getting instructions for fitting my mountain top, the one that came in the box was very unclear, with dubious measurements, After 9 hours trying different combinations on the given measurements we gave up. Arriving at Swindon a couple weeks later due to work commitments, they sorted the issue within 1.5 hours. Friendly and professional on site, thank you Matt.

Brought a Hard Top for my Ranger 2023, great advice and no issues at all. I fitted it myself (I am an Engineer anyway) all was good, a slight issue with the wiring which wasn't right but I found the right colours online and mentioned it to them so they can update for the future, very happy with my new top :)

I bought a pickup tailgate assist for my Hilux mk10, I ordered it on their website on a weekend and Monday morning they took the trouble to call me to check that the order was correct. I then received the order in good condition with good instructions the next day. I will certainly use them again.

My Hardtop is now 10 years old and has done a LOT of work!
When the rear window hatch shattered unexpectedly, I contacted Hardtops for a replacement which was in stock and fitted a few days later.
Due to the age of my top, the window catches are discontinued and the latest versions are smaller and don’t fit.

I still had the old parts and home and so to save me a long drive back and forth, the fitter gave me a comprehensive lesson in changing the catches and setting up the release handle, together with an offer of phone support if needed but I managed to change the catches myself at home in under 30 mins!

Although the parts are reasonably expensive, they are high quality and in my experience, the service and aftercare I have received, even after 10 years has been wonderful.

Had my hardtop fitted today and the experience was super from start to finish. I would recommend these guys and would use them again. Good price, good service, quality workmanship and product.
I made a last minute addition to my order and they accommodated me without fuss. Excellent customer service from Matt and the fitter. Well Done!

Every one i spoke to was very polite, dropped the truck off and 2 hours later it was all done and the hard top is A* will definitely be buying again in the future

First class service. Turned up and they were running a bit behind but turned it around in good time. Friendly team. Cleaned all the tape residue from the bodywork after I had to tape it up with plastic. Would definitely use them again.

Great communication but they must employ geriatric blindfolded monkeys that pack the orders. I'm waiting for a third go at getting it right. A £9 plastic part the size of a large postage stamp they originally wanted £10!! to deliver something that would fit into a small envelope. Managed to get that down to £4 and they send the item with no screws, No worries we all make mistakes, they send out a replacement part.. Which only screws were needed...
I'll let you guess what bits were still missing.
I'm really surprised this place is still in business of I was employed there I'd be looking for another job before it goes bust.

Avoid if you need their aftersales services. Had to have a part replaced under warranty and after numerous emails and phone calls eventually received the replacement. After conversation with a member of the sales team was told it was easy to remove the faulty part and replace with the new one however this was not the case. After seeing if we could get a contribution to having to have someone carry out the work for us we are still awaiting a reply to our last emails that are just being ignored.
Avoid !!!!!

Couldn't have been happier with the speedy, polite and informative fitting of the hard top. I was kept up to date with any changes and all communication was excellent.

Great products and great service. Absolutely perfect for what I need as an ambulatory vet. Highly recommend.
