Really not impressed by this company in the slightest. Communication when buying is okay but then I had the inconvenience of returning my item, which then goes down hill, I had messages ignored on email, and the most annoying part was me having to ring the company to see about my money to which I was told it was processed that day. 2 weeks later no refund to then email AGAIN to finally get my refund.
Overall unless you are 100% sure that this is the right part for your vehicle then stay away. Customer service was shocking and will be using a different company for the future. Hate getting lied to and palmed off.

Phoned and ordered a Hard Top for my Ranger in the correct colour. It was explained that the one I was after they didn't have in stock, but did have another better one for only very slightly more money.
Very happy with that so placed the order, I was going to collect from Swindon and fit myself, but due to work I asked if they could fit while I was on site, everything was ready (old roll top removed).
Perfect job with no hassle what so ever, the Hard Top is excellent and makes a heck of a difference to the truck, only thing is now I have to clean the rest of the truck to get it to look as good as the rear.
Great staff, very helpful. Very Happy to recommend.

Amazing company to use I had a new carry boy roller fitted on my d40 Nissan Navara the fitter done amazing job very thorough, also they fitted chrome bars excellent service 10 out of 10 from me

ordered a hardtop which they rang to say would be 12 weeks as they didn't have in stock. So accepted another one slightly different but I was ok to go with it.
Waited in all day for delivery only to ring to see where it was early afternoon and find out it wasn't coming on the day agreed (having changed my work load for this)
So changed delivery address to where I would be the next day.......and surprise surprise, again waited and waited. Eventually ringing to see where it was and it was going to be a late afternoon delivery..........but nothing arrived!!
Rang Monday morning to explain the situation for the guy on the phone to say "I don't deliver them". He wasn't bothered about my two days wasted and the days wage I lost staying in for this top. Actually more concerned about a little strong language I used. Awaiting money back. Going to order from another company.

PURCHASED A ROLL TOPCOVER FOR MY NISSAN PICKUP. THE COVER WAS TOO SMALL AND OF VERY POOR QUALITY.
WE SPOKE TO HARDTOPS BEFORE PURCHASING THIS ITEM TO MAKE SURE IT FITTED. NO IT DID NOT, THEN WHEN THEY REFUNDED US IT WAS LESS £ 120.00 FOR THE COURIER, DESPITE IT BEING INCORRECT. BEWARE THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE NOT JUST THIS ONE. I SHALL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE.

I bought a rear canopy for my L200 truck from Hardtops UK about 4 years ago now. Recently I have had to reseal the side window frames as water was leaking in. A vent cover off the rear had fallen out and was lost. Enquiring about the replacement, bearing in mind it is 50 mm long by 20 mm and shot weight of circa 5 grams, the price quoted was £32.40 for a pair, including postage. An outrageous price for a very small item. It was explained they sell a number of these parts sounds to me the design is faulty as they fall out. I shall not be recommending this company to my farming friends.
