Ordered 2 x firestick 4k max took a while to arrive and were Chinese versions but they still worked as needed and came with an adaptor for the Asia style plug

This website needs to be closed down, they are crooks. They use a name & .co.uk site to sound British, however they are based in Hong Kong.
Their headphones broke within a month, my son spent his birthday money on them, they completely ignore emails & the whats app number (we have been trying for over month) NOTHING not even an automated reply. They are a nightmare. We attempted to claim under the warranty via Sony but Sony dont recognise this company as a valid point of sale. Dont touch them with a bargepole.

I ordered the Amazon Fire HD10 11th Generation Tablet 10.1" 32GB- Lavender, 32GB, order number 26736, which came to £94.94, for my daughter, and I have still not recieved it. I have messaged them on watsapp, emailed them, so many times but to no reply! I want my money back! How can I get my money back from these people? This site is a complete scam! You will not get your item, and you cannot speak to anyone! I will not stop till I get my money back!! Shameful!!

Item arrived in good condition, sooner than advertised. They kept me up to date with all stages of the transaction and delivery.

I would recommend everyone check out this site for apple products (my purchase) at close to USA prices rather than our expensive domestic market. My only caveat is the if you want the item in a day or two then shipping takes longer. All clearly explained on the site.

We received headphones in November that have stopped working, we want to return for either an exchange or repair. However, we have just been completely ignored on WhatsApp and emails like other customers, its super frustrating . The cheaper prices come at a big gamble if you should ever need customer services

Update: The item was eventually shipped. Deducting 2 points for non-responsiveness and a slow delivery.

I bought a pair of headphones for £260 and, thus far, have experienced total radio silence, with the tracking number provided being non-functioning.
Therefore, I leave this bad review in the hopes that SOMEONE replies as, thus far, I have tried contacting you through various channels (WhatsApp, Email, onBuy Customer Care) and I continue to be ignored.

Please either ship the item or return the money to myself. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue legal action.

I don’t understand why most of the 1* reviews on here are about shipping. Surely if you order something (at an extremely competitive price) at a busy time of year, with Royal Mail strikes they aren’t going to be delivered ‘quickly’ especially from China.

My AirPods came before the stated shipping window and they are great. This is not the first time I’ve used OnBuy and it won’t be the last. Great service as long as you’re patient!!

Ordered headphones from them. Shipping takes a while and unfortunately there is no communication from the seller unless you leave a bad review so being a bit more responsive would massively help. Prices are great but not sure if it’s worth the stress of being left blind for weeks until eventually the item turns up… still not convinced if the headphones are genuine as the box wasn’t sealed like you get it from like Currys store and the charging cable doesn’t feel as high quality but… if you’re looking for a better price and not in a rush of getting the item go with this company.

I ordered a speaker from them in august. Speaker was great, until December when it just stopped working. I have tried several times to email, chat, WhatsApp chat, WhatsApp call……ABSOLUTELY no reply at all. My device is still under warranty but I can’t actually get it sorted if no one responds!!! Would NOT recommend purchasing from this company!!

I ordered some Airpods II during black friday (November 29th, 2022 ) and I was well aware that there will be a delay with the shipping of the airpods. I have now been waiting over 40 days for the shipping of the product. Unfortunately without any success. I sent several e-mails and whatsapp messages to hashtechguy. Ordered a Bluetooth speaker and waited, read some recent reviews on Trustpilot and began thinking I has been scammed, after a couple of weeks I emailed the company and they replied two days later explaining the delay and assured me my order was on way, well it arrived in time for Xmas, panic over, great price, very happy !

Samsung watch lasted 7 months bought via onbuy platform they have contacted this company who didn't respond to them either do not buy from this company
