At my age (80+) doing anything on-line is daunting.
At my age (80+) doing anything on-line is a daunting process, but eventually I understood the website and now I have house insurance that I also paid on-line via my payment card. My original insurer, Admiral, did not respond when I asked on-line what my existing policy renewal price would be, so the have lost me as a repeat customer and Hastings has gained my custom👍

Cheaper than before
The car insurance was cheaper than my previous one. I opted to pay more so I could talk to actual people and clarify that I would be covered for my business use. It did take a while on hold before I got through. I don't know yet and hope I don't ever get to find out how good they are in the event of a claim, hence the four stars.
