Yahren and Raj brought my friend home from hospital, bearing in mind there are steep steps going up to her front door. My friend suffers anxiety too so was very scared.They kept her at ease and got her to her bedroom very efficiently , taking care of her.

We would like praise the Kent depot and especially Kelly and Kaylee for all their help with our son, for supporting him and us and giving us the piece of mind about our son getting to and coming home from school. They go above and beyond.

Today, 24th November I had a hospital appointment at Lewisham Hospital at 11.20 and 2 young girls collected me in the morning and I think they were part of NEPTS but not sure and coming home was taken by Michelle & Ali. All four were exceptional in how they assisted me and I could not fault them and they made me relax and feel safe

I wanted to share my incredible experience with driver Attiqa from GOSH. She made me feel extremely comfortable and safe; I can’t even put into words how happy I felt. She handled my kids wonderfully and kept checking on them throughout the journey. The company should have more drivers like her—she’s one of the few who ensures you get home safely and looks after the kids the whole way. She’s truly amazing. 10/10 for attiqa 👏🏻

David picked us up early for Great Ormond Street Hospital. My daughter has complex needs but he made her comfortable. He was professional, very friendly and kind. This transport service provided by Hats group has been a lifesaver for us so many times. All the other drivers we've had in the past have been so great as well, I remember Craig too. After weeks of not having transport to take my severely disabled son to his school which is provided by the council, it started to become a real issue as my sons dad had to do the back and forth, twice a day.
Eventually after many emails and conversations with the manager of transport they had arranged for 2 men from the HATS GROUP to escort my son in one of the ambulances that was provided. On the first day of arrival and meeting Errol and Shaq for the first time I was very much impressed. They were punctual and very polite. They waited patiently as the carers was putting my son in his wheelchair. During this time they went over the check points for my son. I also had light conversation with them which definitely broke down any barriers I may have had. Errol and Shaq are very professional and take their job very seriously which is needed for the jobs they do. They both work very well together which is pleasant to see. They dynamic duo, the driver and escort, Errol and Shaq are a God send. I couldn't have asked for a better pair to escort my son to and from school as its not easy due to the many different conditions my son suffer from. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and efforts that the put in each day. Thank you both. The anxiety I used to feel when my son was in the care of those taking him to and from school has completely gone as I know that my son is in great care.

A huge thank you to Millie and the two drivers from HATS who picked my 91 year old mother up from her nursing home and drove her back again following an appointment at Hillingdon Hospital. In particular, I would like to commend Millie for her amazing kindness, patience and sense of humour in helping my mother both at the hospital and in the HATS ambulance. She made a very difficult experience much more bearable and really went above and beyond her duties in taking care of an elderly and confused lady. Many thanks!

Mark and Jess bought.my mother in law home from hospital. They were very attentive and kind. They didnt do anything without asking first. They were smartly dressed a credit to the company.
