Premium Cigar - Below par Customer Service
Ordered 2 grand monarch Hiram.and Solomon cigars for myself and my brother. We normally get the normal monarchs from H&S and have always found them to be exceptional for.the price. Wanted something special as well always commemorate some fallen brothers every August, this being a 20yr point for us, wanted something a bit more special, hence, the Grand Monarchs. Initially excited with the gift box and aroma, and smoked them the same day they arrived (in a humidor as soon as they were unwrapped) my cigar was not good, draw and burn was all over the place, cigar started falling apart halfway down and only took 45 mins to smoke, ive never smoked quicker than my brother! His was exceptional, good draw and burn, lovely flavour profile and took the exact time to smoke that it was meant to. Initially sent a complaint to Havana House to get a generic, should've stopped smoking and sent it back.... yeh had it been any other day possibly, This was my first, and last time using Havana House, usually use Cgars as have never had any issues with there orders of the same brand cigars, and their customer service is head and shoulders above HH.

Havana kept me updated on the action taken. The customer service was excellent and the speed they resolved the problem was impressive. I would definately buy from them again.
