Ford Ranger 6 year service
It was my first experience with Haynes Canterbury.
I had my Ford Ranger serviced oil change etc.
I was satisfied with the service I received. The follow up call from customer care the next day was very nice.

Fantastic Service in more ways than one!
We had our car MOT and serviced yesterday.
The team are exceptionally knowledgeable on the service desk, as well as extremely helpful and so pleasant to deal with - nothing is too much for any of them.

Maidstone service team
The service team at maidstone were helpful and accommodating. I called up with a bit of an issue on our mobility car, they said pop on in and they'd take a look. Within 10 mins they had sorted the issue and sent me on my way. Thank you so much for your help.

Recall on my ford puma
I had a recall on my ford puma and was told to book in for part. This was not in stock when I phoned the garage. They took my number and said they would call when back in stock. Sure enough they phoned me to book in my car and had loads of availability.
When I dropped off my car, staff were friendly and welcoming. They phoned when it was ready for collection and the whole process was easy.
I was really happy with the service provided and will definitely use the garage again. I cannot fault my experience.

1st Class Customer Service
As always my experience has been 1st class, from my first contact by phone from Tommy Hodges who explained everything about my recall, dropped my car off handed my keys to Laura and when I returned to collect my car, Tommy gave me an update of what was performed and assured me that all is ok.
I find all Haynes Maidstone staff are a credit to Ford.

I’ve had two fantastic experiences dealing with Haynes Ford in Maidstone.
I dealt with Tommy on one visit and Tori on another and they were both brilliant, very informative, attentive and gave wonderful customer service.
