All of the staff made it very easy to get my recall and MOT done, the staff are very pleasant right from booking the vehicle in to collecting the vehicle. The staff are a real credit to Haynes. As you can see I do not give reviews but I felt that great customer service should be recognised.

The booking process was simple. Using the twilight shift was very convenient. The comms from the Service team back to us was timely and informative. As a fellow motor retailer, we are aware of what good looks like, and i am impressed.
