Afyer struggling to book flights myself.

We've used Hays, Brentwood, for several holidays now, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else. There is a great buzz in the shop, which definitely adds to the excitement of booking a holiday.

Dan has booked us another two holidays. He is very prompt with the quotes and excellent customer service. Well done again Dan.

Alfie at hays is always happy to help and gets our holidays booked quick and is happy in his job which is nice to see. He a really polite and great at what he does. This is the 3rd holiday we have booked with him this year already.

I recently made a booking for a holiday with Robert from Hays travel in Brentwood and I found the whole experience very easy and stress free. Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable and he got some quotes sent over, very quickly. Becky the manager of your Brentwood branch helped us. She is truly great at her job!! I travel with my friend and we are both in our 70s so we really need to have rooms near each other. We wanted to go to Voyage Sorgan Turkey but had a problem finding two rooms. Becky worked her magic and came up trumps for us. Thank you Becky. Also all the staff in that branch are sp helpful.

Absolutely fantastic. A big thank you to Lisa Gerard for your help and advice with choosing this holiday. This is the 4th cruise we have had through Hayes Brentwood plus hotel stay holidays all booked though Lisa. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.
