We booked with Hays Travel in Bury St Edmunds. They were very helpful when we had to change our booking last year to this year. We went to Australia and Trump decided to bomb Iran. Our flights were cancelled but Hays phoned us and helped us get flights home.

Part of the reason for booking with Jet2 was offers that I was sent were found to be quite true. I had the £100 off code from the Jet2 page then the 4 vouchers I had was found only to be worrhy of one £60 off.

As usual Hays @ BSE are outstanding, my last four or five meetings have been taken with Kathryn and I love this young lady, she definitely knows how to go above and beyond with her customer service!!! And I really appreciate that she spends so much time and is really invested in the customer experience, to achieve their successful destination.
