Really friendly agent, only too happy to make suggestions based on knowledge and experience. We finalised a holiday giving us everything we asked for and at a very acceptable cost. Couldn't be happier!

The advisers listened to our needs, gave us sound advice and guided us to our ultimate decision on holiday choices. Applied all discount codes she could find saving us £100’s. Highly recommended.

We had one or two small problems with making our booking, but when the young lady dealing with us had a small issue the rest of the team came to help. It's good to see such team work.

Amy was so helpfull and helped us find a holiday that we are really looking forward to.
We we offered a warm drink while we looking at different destinations on her computer.
It was a lovely friendly expierence in the shop. We chose the high street this time It took all the stress out of it , we won't have to worry if our printer is working as Amy will print our tickets and luggage labels for our cruise

I know all the girls and they know what I 👍 there friendly and fun too talk to i also get offered a drink IE coffee ☕️ they know I'm no good on the Internet so they print things off for me and explain anything I don't understand 12 - out off 10

Another straight forward booking with Hays Travel. They will always try to price match, or beat, the price of holidays you find and take the pain out of booking it yourself. Julie assisted us this time and was just lovely. The team at Bury St Edmunds are so helpful, they will do all those irritating tasks like checking you in if you pop in. They are also very knowledgeable and offer very helpful tips on all sorts of holiday/travel tips.
