Consultant Max was really good, he listen to want we wanted .He had patience as waiting time for booking the assistants for airport took time.Overall I would always go to hayes travel,they always give a good price plus service in the Cramlington Branch.

Macey at cramlington hays was patient as I change mind twice but didn't mind and was helpful as my daughter is disabled and needs to sort things out for her .

Very good customer service
I went into my local branch & was greeted by Macy. I already knew the details of what I wanted, so I advised her & I came away very happy, booked on a Cruise of a lifetime. I was handed a pouch with all my details printed for me & notes of specific important dates for completing Visa's, making payments etc. Very happy with the service.
