We visited Hays Travel in Hull, and we sat with Emily who was very knowledgable and helped us so much to Decide we’re to go ,we usually go to Cyprus but for a change with the Help from Emily we have decided on Dubai , cannot wait

The young girl who looked after us was very helpful. She was pleasant and polite. She told us everything we wanted to know about the holiday.

Lizzie provided excellent customer service and made booking our holiday incredibly easy. She was friendly, efficient, and really took the stress out of the whole process. Everything was clearly explained and handled smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided.

Me, my sister and baby’s came to the hays in the hull city centre to look at prices for Disneyland Paris, we had Liz as our travel agent she got us the best deal with everything included went above and beyond for us talked us through everything and reassured us so it was all stress free, we left very happy and excited for our next holiday thank you again Liz making our dreams come true x
