He puts himself in the customers shoes and makes the whole booking experience pleasurable.
I now will only go to him.

We returned to Hays specifically because of Richie Dinning. He booked our first cruise two years ago and went way above what we expected to ensure we chose the right boat, the right itinerary and the perfect cabin for us. When it came to booking a trip to celebrate my 60th birthday, we had no hesitation in returning to Hays to arrange it with Richie. We gave him details of what we were considering and he put together several options for us to consider. We called in to see him to clarify a few elements of the itinerary and he was really patient, going through the quote to make sure all our questions were answered before be booked. His knowledge is astounding and reassuring when you're spending a significant amount of money. I can't stress enough what an asset he is to your firm.

Very helpful helped us book our destination as we never had a clue where to go

we went to one of your shops in the metrocentre and we stood in the doorway waiting to be served no one acknowledged that we were waiting or asked us to take a seat as they were busy we stood for at least ten minutes they never looked at us once so we walked away and went to your other shop where we were greeted and told they would be right with us and the guy who served us was great very helpful and we got our holiday sorted we have been to you many times over the years and your first shop let us down such a shame

Excellent customer service! Professional staff, they help step by step to get better deals, convenient dates and services. Richard helped us couple of times and we were very happy with the service he provided, that’s why we keep asking him for help! We cannot wait to go on our Maldives holiday!!! ❤️❤️❤️
