Hays Travel - Metrocentre Green Reviews 

The gentleman who helped us to book the holiday was great at looking at possibilities for where we could go as we booked up far later than we usually would. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us the best price. He also had a sense of humour, something you need when my family rocks up!
A week later, I arrived for opening time thinking that check in was available and spoke to another gentleman. He informed me that check in didn't actually open until much later in the afternoon. I had made the journey especially as I was extremely busy that day, but he took all of the passport details and promised that someone would check in when it opened.
Low and behold, I received a text later that day to say we were all checked in and luckily our party seats were all together.
Honestly, I know I could've done all of that myself later in the week but I very much appreciate the time the staff took to take that stress away from me on that particular day.
I'm sorry I do not know the names of the staff but they were both amazing for different reasons and a credit to this shop. Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out, it was very much appreciated! 👏

As soon as I walked into Hays I was greeted by staff
All of the staff were busy so I said that I would call back
Once I came back Richy greeted me with a smile and a asked me to take a seat and how could he help
He was brilliant looking for the best travel time and best price
We changed dates and I came away with everything booked except my seats. About 15 minutes later Richy phoned me telling me that everything was confirmed and he had secured the seats also
Absolutely top service from Richy. I will definitely use Hays again and will certainly advise friends and family regarding any travel plans to use Hays.
