Friendly staff and Straightforward Approach
Staff were very friendly and buying the gift card was hassle free. Had tried buying one at a different travel agent who wouldn't sell it to me as I had no photographic ID, which I shouldn't have needed as It was a card payment! (there loss and Hays's gain :) )

I was wanting to book for Nashville and Andrea was very helpful,she went out of her way to look at the hotel I had picked and advised me of an other hotel closer to the attractions l wanted to visit. Lindsey was amazing, very friendly and soo helpful. Within 20 minutes, our holiday to DisneyWorld Florida was booked with airport assistance for my daughter and I included.

The Rep was very helpful and pleasant.. She guided us with every step. We opted for a yearly insurance contract , paid £144 each . Rang Allianz when we got home. Very disappointing to hear £194 extra was needed for our insurance! My wife has a mild ailment, I have none.Feel the insurance company has took us on....
