Hays Travel - Stowmarket Reviews 

No need to submit information again as it was still on the system from previous flights to my destination.
Staff were very helpful as a recent stroke had led to some memory loss.

Gina from Stowmarket office was exceptionally good, after looking myself I was overwhelmed, so I went to the shop and she made it so easy for me i fly out next week with my friend, then I asked if she could help with a family holiday in devon for end of June and she sorted that too, nothing was too much trouble

We’ve used Hays to book a few of our holidays and have always found the staff to be really helpful and friendly. Our most recent visit was to rearrange a holiday that we had to cancel due to the original dates being changed and they did everything they could to get us the best price.

Emily in your Stowmarket branch listened and very patiently took us to where we wanted to be. There was no feeling we were being rushed into anything. We had our needs and she very patiently found what we needed. She is an asset to your company and we will definitely use you again in the future.

We went into the Stowmarket branch after seeing the Manager’s Special Offer in the window, just to enquire so we thought, but Gina was so friendly, helpful and informative of all the facilities of the hotel, describing the area and amenities, the total cost of the whole package, that we were very interested. As we hadn’t quite envisaged booking a holiday there and then, when we had just popped out literally for groceries, Gina gave us time to talk it over between ourselves alone, without any pushy sales talk, and we came to the decision to go ahead and book with Hays, Gina even booked our aeroplane seats and airport parking.
We haven’t used a Travel Agents for many years, but after the helpfulness of Gina making it all such a smooth process, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Hays Travel in Stowmarket to see what other special deals we could get in the future.
