AVOID - DREADFUL CLAIMS HANDLING
Took high net worth insurance cover with HDI Global SE for my home and contents via my broker Gallagher. They have been a complete disaster from start to finish in handling a claim for a relatively minor domestic leak. Feet dragging and obstructive claims handling, nit picking and delaying tactics. Employing incredibly aggressive loss assessors to act on their behalf. Do not use this organisation or their policies under any circumstance.
