I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come in this pathetic work culture organisation HealthifyMe. I worked with this organisation for a year but I haven’t learned anything out of it. Instead, they will pressurise you for doing sales every month. And when January arrives, they won’t give you breather also even on Sundays. They won’t pay extra for extra working hours as well. Pathetic work culture.
“**Monica**”-The BU head is so dramatic and pathetic head of the department. She just threatens employees that she will not give new clients is target of sales is not completed. This is very humiliating and disrespectful. “**Saurabh**”- who was a vice president, is a lier. Even they all are liers. There is new vice president in the organisation- “**Ayush**”. He deliberately reduced the payout and reduced incentives too.
My first manager was “**Samiksha**”, I haven’t met such a human with so much of inhumanity and insensitivity. She pokes every now and then. She shows no regard for other’s emotions and sufferings. She just wants her work to be done- Sales target. She will pressurise you and if you reply back then she just do bakwas with her battamiz tone.
The company needs to understand and make a note of it we aren’t their slaves. As a diet coach, we’re not here to do sales. We are here to provide services to our clients who are really suffering with their health. people here are very rude and they give false hopes to employees and don’t even fulfil them. They don’t stick to their words.

Need Refund

I have joined healthify with a lot of enthusiasm
and I was guided very well initially by employee komal , & thereafter was aligned with Dietician Dr. Akanksha(+91 92386 52895) but after starting it’s been 23 days I have been chasing her to get diet plan change , no initiative by the dietitian or we must say complete ignorance which has forced me to reach out to the conclusion that I don’t want to proceed this with anymore.

Its a complete fraud as we have been chasing the team healthify & we have been just provided by the email ids of some seniors who never revert.

I have complete chat with the team & bunch of mails sent so far from my end.

I like the coaches

I like the coaches. They are doing a great job. The issue is with the HealthifyMe leadership. I don’t know who had the big brains to use coaches as sales guys. The coaches and the client has a relationship based on trust. If your coach starts selling plans and membership you
Lose that trust slowly. The clients starts thinking more about what the coach is going to sell next and whether if they don’t buy that will the quality of coaching erode. Great brain in leadership please start using your brains.

Healthfy!"Extremely disappointed with the Healthfy app.

Their customer service is terrible—once you've paid, no one takes responsibility or bothers to help. The coaches are unhelpful, and the initial promises made during the sales process turned out to be completely false. They never explained the plan clearly or shared any detailed information upfront. Do not recommend at all!"

Forgery

Main issue is the level of personalisation can not be enough over phone calls. They cannot correct someone’s physique only over phone calls. They cannot correct the diet unless replace that with a proper measured alternative which they don't do. They cannot increase or decrease or correctly judge the intensity of exercises over phone calls. If someone gets heart attack they cannot take the responsibility. So the program ends up becoming a sham, an eye wash and a forgery.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at HEALTHIFYME, especially due to the unprofessional behavior of their agents. They were overly pushy during the initial consultation, making unrealistic promises just to get me to sign up. Once I enrolled, they were unresponsive and provided minimal guidance. When I tried to address my concerns or ask for adjustments, they either ignored my messages or gave vague, scripted responses. It felt like they were more interested in making sales than genuinely helping clients achieve results. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone seeking honest and supportive guidance.

All of them are pathetic and the company is a big fraud .. please save your money and do not invest in HEALTHIFYME.

Don’t sign up.They coaches are not good. The coaches did not change my mum’s diet plan and exercise plan for 9 months. After the first month once they set her a regime, She was eating the same food week after week. I put her on Healthify me thinking she will get the diet and exercise support from specialists to manage her type 2 diabetes. But they have a set and forget system if the client silently obliges. My mum js a senior and patiently followed thier diet and never challenged thier expertise. And then finally when she could not endure the boring diet week after week raised a concern with me when I visited her. When I challenged them they stated that she can eat anything from the pdf and not restricted food. She is not tech savvy and could not access the pdf nor understand thier jargonised diet words. Plus it defeats the purpose of putting someone on a diet plan is the client is the one making food related decisions. Imagine eating the same food weak after week. She lost muscle and became weak and used to have bouts of hypoglycaemia which could have killed her becuase of the lousy diet plan she was on. Which dietician makes you eat the same food week after week and does not bother to tweak it! When asked for a refund the Healthify support team refused to do so nor take any responsibility for the not providing any service after the first month. Pls don’t put your parents or get onto this mechanical set and forget app based system. Get a real nutritionist and trainer who you can see in real life. Healthify is just an app based scam with some good marketing but list service. What a waste of money and time

HealthifyMe’s Negligence: A Dangerous Gamble with People’s Health

I ordered a CGM device from HealthifyMe last Sunday, and even after 8 days, the order hasn’t been shipped from their warehouse. This is deeply concerning as it’s not just a product—it’s a device meant to monitor and manage health. Delays like this can jeopardize people’s well-being, especially for those relying on such devices for critical health management.

I contacted their support team multiple times over four days to check for updates, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Each time, they ask for 15-20 minutes to respond, but the chat session often resets, redirecting you to a new support agent. You’re then forced to explain the issue all over again, and the cycle keeps repeating.

This kind of service is unacceptable, particularly for a company dealing with health-related products. By taking money upfront and failing to deliver, they’re playing with people’s health—a dangerous and irresponsible practice.

There’s no direct way to speak to someone, and their chat support is incredibly inefficient. I’ve lost ₹5000, and there seems to be no accountability from their end. I’ve sent an email in hopes of getting a response, but based on my experience so far, I doubt anything will come of it.

I strongly warn others: do not order from HealthifyMe. Once they have your money, their response is minimal to non-existent. This negligence is not just poor customer service; it’s a serious risk to people’s health.

This company don’t have any time of…

This company lacks any sense of commitment. I signed up for a 6-month membership, which included a kit that I was supposed to receive within a reasonable timeframe. However, it has been over a month, and they have repeatedly misled me by claiming that my parcel has been dispatched. Today, when I contacted their support team, I was informed that the kit is out of stock and that nothing has been shipped yet. This level of dishonesty and lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Waste of time, money and energy

While reading the reviews on Google I can see everywhere there is only one person's name. Seems like some kinda influence play here. Anyways my experience worst customer service. Earlier I had taken both diet and yoga plan, so in diet they make you eat a lot, as much as the body doesn't need. Not everything is directly proportional to weight. I switched to yoga only, stayed with the coach Dr. Vidya for 1 year. She is the best yoga instructor I've met so far. I had really bad experience with customer care, or rather the management. I was recently operated and for the very same reason I was advised by my doc to do no other physical activity other than walking. So I wanted to pause my plan until my doc gave a heads up for yoga. Initially I was able to pause my plan but suddenly the plan got unpaused and all my money went to drain. They are the biggest health scam app. I guess fitonn is far better than this crap.

Pathetic Service- No regards for customers

I genuinely used to love this app and relied on it heavily during the lockdown. It was incredibly useful back then, and I had great memories of using it. Naturally, I decided to come back and use it again.

Unfortunately, my recent experience was a complete disaster. I was offered a limited-time plan through the app, but the app wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t let me sign up. When I reached out to customer support, I was connected with a specialist named Charles Roy, who was shockingly rude and unhelpful.

Instead of addressing the issue, he kept pushing expensive premium plans on me. When I declined and clearly stated that I only wanted the basic plan for my needs, his attitude became dismissive and downright unprofessional. It was evident that they only care about pushing their most expensive plans and maximizing profits, with no regard for the customer or their actual needs.

They didn’t care about resolving my issue or helping me access the plan I was interested in—they were solely focused on upselling and squeezing more money out of me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a service I used to trust and love.

If this is how they treat returning customers, it’s clear they’ve lost their focus on customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration—this app is no longer worth your time or money.
