The coach who sold me the plan was…
The coach who sold me the plan was super helpful and promised real time support during the pitch. The reality was the opposite... Even after sharing disappointed and lack of service.. they just make excuses. Suhas the coach who sold me the plan absolutely ghosted me and when fed up, i asked for a refund, they said you have passed the cut off date. Basically you are made to roam in circles. Even after admitting they are at fault, they are only offering a free device... Using technicalities as an excuse. What about the failure of providing services they offered?
Waste of money, time and energy.
They are rude and dont take responsibility

They are scammers
They are scammers. Please do not get fooled by their team members. Team members are also liars. I was told that I can cancel the plan any day and time, and I will get full refund, but now they say that we can not refund. They are educated scammers. I havent lost even a single KG!! Trust me go with someone who you know and get in touch with everyday. I am being scammed by their team!!!! You guys please save yourslef! I can not give negative marking here otherwise I would have. One star is also too much for them.

Knowledgeable and highly collaborative coaches
My coach Aamir and dietitian Atika have been instrumental in ushering change in my mindset and lifestyle.
When I got stuck on a weight plateau, Aamir put my lifestyle under the microscope and revealed such little but impactful details. Managing gluten intake was one such key step that helped me reduce to and then maintain my ideal weight.
The customer support is always prompt as well, and has helped me several times in all my little and big doubts.
