I really like this service. I appreciate the time the doctors take to answer questions and more. I used it tonight and many times in the past. Thank you, Healthtap!

Exceptional

HealthTap is an amazing company that erases the distance between you and the physician. HealthTap managed to establish an environment where communication with a doctor became so simple and natural than ever. Today medical help closer then you can imagine. I definitely recommend having this application on your phone. Even if you don’t need medical help right now, one day this app could save you.

Very nice app

Very nice app. I can talk to a doctor when I need to and at any hour of the day. I could avoid an emergency visit in the past year at midnight, and also saved on two urgent care visits.

Great kind doctors.

The doctors on HealthTap are great and very helpful. You can get a lot of benefits for free. Ask a question, and a doctor answers. It is pretty rad. I usually get an answer within an hour, if not faster. Thanks doctors!

I was singled out, bullied, denied service etc

Terrible terrible company. As usual reviewers are giving grand reviews making it look better than it is. I wont be able to describe everything they did wrong because its long but I'll try to hit the main points.

- I had the first virtual consult in 2018 April. The Dr a podiatrist told me I should visit either of my two local doctors I showed him in the consult. But the one i went to the local Dr. based on Dr Kahan's suggestion ("his credentials look good. either dr can handle this case"), he wasnt so good and extremely expensive and it seems like he left a bit of the hair in my foot he was supposed to remove. Not just this but dr kahan towards the end of the consult started bullying me and told me something pretty rude and inappropriate. Basically pulling me down by saying something untrue ("you're 34 but you dont act like it, you should act like your age"). I didnt do or say anything that a 34 yo shouldnt but he is a bully and he had to bully. I reported this to the company but the dr. still works there

- Paid for two virtual consults with a psychiatrist following a very traumatic event that happened to me. He read the stuff i wrote and decided not to take the consult. even though i was very very upset but there were so few good options of drs. to choose from. It didnt move him in the least that i was so upset and in so much trouble. he decided not to take the consult which was a pretty cruel decision given my bad condition then. I never got the money back to my card just got credits which i wasnt able to use either because they said the credits were used in another consult but they werent because i paid for the other consults after that. bottom line i paid, didnt get service, dr. read my posts, didnt reply and i didnt even get the money back.

- then i spoke to two drs. both made me scared i had something bad which i didnt but both especially one of the drs. who i'm not naming kept going on and on about i probably had this or that. I didnt. So later when i asked for a refund because both had diagnosed the problem wrong they said no because the time frame for getting a refund had passed.

- now i'm in a situation where someone splashed water with poison gel dissolved in it in my mouth and i accidentally ingested some of it while washing my mouth. It doesnt matter to this company they thought this was a good time to block my account without any reason. I've been emailing marcos acevedo again and again and he keeps saying i will send you the password reset link but doesnt send it. Because i tried to reset the password but the system (deliberately) didnt send me the link. Then i contacted them but theyre not sending the link because they hate me and dont want to give me service even though i have terrible service in the area where i live and its hard to go out because the place where i live has very few doctors and very few good ones thats why i opted for telemedicine. They know how bad situation i am in but still playing games with me and not letting me log in/reset password.

I would give it 2 star but i gave 1 stars because of how bad my experience was how the credits got eaten up how theyre not even letting me log in.

there was one okay dr. i spoke to in 2019 who wasnt so bad but its all moot now because im in a terrible situation need to consult drs. but they wont even let me log in. I'm being discriminated against, bullied by this company. Even if you can log in the choices you get for drs. is very very limited. One dr. had zillions of awards on her profile but when i spoke to her she couldnt diagnose what i had correctly.

Now theyre saying to check your email to unblock your account but i got no email.

The option to live chat with a dr. is good but very few drs. are available for this and site has very few drs anyway. When u do virtual consult you get very few characters 2000 in which its difficult to fit all symptoms so it is pricey that way. during a bad time you realize no one wants to help you even for money.

Cant fit more stuff I went through because of character limit here.

Review Writing Parties?

Looks to me, like they had several Review Writing Parties. One on 8.13.19, another on 8.12.19, & on 8.9.19, & so on. More than seven for each date. Then none for some dates in between. How interesting & obvious.

as a very busy working mum trying to do…

as a very busy working mum trying to do the best for my young daughter it would be good to have access to her dr etc to make appointments for her on line until she turns 16. Only being able to access appointments for the 1 doctor at the same clinic can also be a pain as it often takes up to 2 weeks to get an appointment & when the clinic is open there are lots of times where I am unable to make phone calls during work time.

Easy enough to use

Easy enough to use, will usually book over the phone but decided to use my app. Will mostly use it as my first point of contact with my GP bookings from now on.
