Healthtap was a quick way to speak with a doctor, who discusses symptoms without having to wait in an office, then prescribes the proper medicine to correct the issue. Very reasonable price and easy to use.

Concise answers to common health issues and advise for healthful living.

Sometimes it is hard to get a real answer because you cannot write enough. Some answers are very helpful and others seem to comment just to say something. Overall, it's a good place to start and a good place to learn things.

There Doctors are great, but there TECHNICAL backup is lacking

Was a great experience that helped solve the problem.

I was a physician on Healthtap and found them totally unresponsive to me and to the patients who were asking questions about substance use disorders.

Need more than 2 elevators.
Need stairs to go up and down and could not find any
Parking needs better access plan including where to put the card and phone. Was hard to navigate the hotel.

I think you will need a consultant to come in and check how the guest can check in with a car.

Lot of logistics of getting the car into bay to check in challenging.
Clean and overall ok but not worth the money requested.

Level of hotel is perhaps 3 star hotel asking for 4 star
I think management would benefit from reassessment of how the guest is checked and how the guest is able to use the hotel to increase number of guests.

HealthTap is a great program. The app is easy to use and most important, the doctors are top notch. The consultation via video call is simple, personal and efficient. I picked up my prescription in 30 minutes.
A great resource especially when you are traveling and need an urgent consultation!

There are times where no one is available and a call back can be a day away.

I am in New Zealand . This service was rolled out via my local hospital and then withdrawn. I didn't realise that I could still access it.

Answering questions related to my area of expertise is rewarding and can sometimes be challenging. Although dentistry is a mostly hands on profession, answering simple questions about one's oral health can help guide that person to achieve their oral health goals.
