Order placed and paid nearly a month ago. Over £200 but no reply other than acknowledgement giving order number. No goods received despite numerous emails sent to them. Rang then dozens of times. Phone off the hook… have they gone out of business?
Does anyone know what the problem is?

I’ve been a customer for years - my product has not turned up and there is no email address to contact them - just a phone number which is 100% always engaged - NOT HAPPY

Still waiting for my order I placed over 2 wks ago. Why have a contact number if it's engaged all day and nobody answers? Don't waste your money on these cowboys, they haven't got a clue what good customer service is.

Would put less than 1 star.. have ordered magnesium and haven’t got any sort of response in over a month haven’t received my item!
Do not order save your money this is obviously not reputable and taking peoples money!!!

I had to write this review. I don't usually bother but this company has been slated on Trustpilot. My experience has been 100% perfect. My order was acknowledged. I was notified of dispatch. Evri said it was in the system. The only think missing was Evri's notification of delivery but that is not the fault of Health Peach.

This company is unreliable and claims to sell products that they do not have. This is my second attempt at ordering. First time they sent one item short and I had to ask for the remaining one, which I thought was just an oversight.
Next time, an order worth £100 was placed. 6 days later no sign of order, no reply to 2 emails and a phone call. I was told to wait until seller has time to reply. Another call to them and I was told: "I said I have no time" and put the phone down. Without any further explanation he sent my payment back!

This company is selling fake vitamin powders on Amazon. Received a Viridian product I’ve used for many years and the consistency is completely different and the bottle only half full. Viridian confirmed the formula hasn’t changed. Very dodgy indeed. God knows what’s in it, I only had one dosage. I’m pregnant so it’s really concerning

I really can't believe it someone left bad reviews and had bad experience with them.
I have been using this company at least 4 or 5 years now. I haven't had one bad experience.
Only one time I had a delivery left outside (which was the responsibility of the carrier) and the package was lost, I called them and they immediately reshipped it the next day. I was very impressed with how quickly the problem was resolved.
After reading the bad reviews, I have placed an order and the package has arrived as usual, quickly and without problems. I can personally recommend this online.

Not sure what to make of this company! Payment went through but the order didn't - error message came up on my screen and the goods were still in my basket. Emailed them - no reply - then read reviews so contacted Paypal who started the claim process. Nothing at all from Healthy Peach but then received email from delivery company and correct goods were delivered 5 days after payment was taken. I suspect no malice was intended but they do seem to be chaotic so I won't use them again.

Its a scam don't ever buy from this site , money was deducted but i didnt even receive a confirmation email or tracking number they stole my money

Been with them for years now never had any complications...order and i get it spot on...very satisfied with the service💕 👏

I recently made a purchase from Healthy Peach, and this review is of my own personal experience with them.

I placed an order on Monday 17th July 2022 and my goods were dispatched the following day.

Unfortunately there was a delay on the delivery, but this was caused by the courier and not Healthy Peach.

I contacted Healthy Peach when the item hadn’t been delivered by the expected date.

I spoke to a very pleasant man named Ash who said he would contact the courier and he would call me back which he did.

My package arrive the very next day.

Thank you Ash for taking good care of me as a customer.

I also wish to add the prices on Healthy Peach’s website are excellent.

I wouldn’t hesitate in buying from them again.

Excellent company with very good prices. I placed my order on the website and received the delivery a few days after - earlier than expected. Very well packed in a sturdy box, and the expiry dates of the products were very long. Will definitely use them again.

On my previous review, I mentioned speaking with customer services on 09/06/2022 who confirmed that my delivery was expected later that day. This happened and all items were carefully packed and accounted for. The delivery had been delayed because of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations. No other issues. Happy with service received.

Terrible company, I have ordered and paid for stuff and have received nothing.
I have tried contacting them a couple of times with no response.
I feel I have now been ripped off.

I have to admit that I was very concerned about the bad reviews. For me the service was pretty good. Although I haven’t received an email letting me know when the product would be delivered, I received the order two days after placing it!

Hello, I'm Felix and I live in Spain, I bought on the website of this store and it's a scam, because since they gave me the order number I haven't had any more contact with them, you can't call by phone and they don't have email email for your contact, I have requested the cancellation of the order and refund of the amount, without any response. I don't know what to do with these people to recover the money for my order. Do not buy on this website. Thanks

I ordered an item which wasn’t in stock but received and email that it’s not available the next day and an immediate refund. So I’m happy with customer service but maybe should update stock on the website regularly.

Got the wrong item and have been trying to contact customer service and got the same experience as other customers - no one answers the phone and cannot leave a message. Have tried emailing but no response. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices - use a reputable trustworthy seller that charges just a bit more but you get your money's worth.

DO NOT USE.
As previous customers order placed on 6th October, no confirmation email sent of order. It’s 30th today, sent 5 emails no reply. Phone is constantly engaged.
It’s with PayPal now for my refund.
Disgraceful company.
If you use these be prepared to be ripped off.
