Our boiler suddenly broke down and we were left with no hot water. After an initial call, the sales representative emailed us a range of options to choose from. The new boiler was installed the very next day. The sales rep was very helpful and the installation engineer did fantastic job. Highly recommended.

This firm was very professional from start to finish. We received a swift and accurate quote for replacing a boiler in a cupboard in the spare room. There were no extra costs above the original figure quoted. Tom arrived promptly and worked very efficiently, leaving the area in which the work was done nice & clean. He took the old boiler away. How to use the boiler and the new thermostat was explained clearly & all our questions answered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to family & friends.

The workers Tom and Mark were fantastic they turned up when they said thay would they were very efficient and skilled in the fitting of a replacement combi boiler for a worn out back boiler and they tidied up all the mess tat they made and all this was done on the three of the hottest days of the year and the communication between dave their boss helpful and informative over aspects of the job I couldn't have asked for a better company and staff

Excellent service, Tom arrived early and got through the power flush and balancing the radiators by lunch time, only leaving when the cold radiators at the end of the sequence were hot. This is exactly what we wanted and now let’s hope the same thing happens in November when the heating comes back on.

Things were handled professionally from enquiry to installation.
The installation team were tidy, well organised and efficient.

Heat for Homes quoted when my ancient back boiler sprang a leak and left me without hot water or heating in winter. Realising the urgency, they got someone round the same day. They were the first to quote and the cheapest of all the quotes I got to remove the back boiler, install a new combi boiler and install radiators upstairs, where at the time there were none. They did a brilliant job, the team were friendly, professional and efficient. I've had them back to do other small jobs and they have been consistently good.
It's worth noting I'm an older lady living alone and have received very bad work and non existent after sales service from other supposedly reputable home improvement companies, which I attribute to being on my own with no one to fight my corner. Heat for Homes have been the total opposite of this and their after sales service has been superb.

Tom and Mark were courteous and efficient. They cleared up extremely well and were smiling and cheerful. Thank you to them and to the office staff.

Cheapest engineer around and same day service thanks David.

We had a couple issues with our nearly 10 year old cheap boiler, a leaking flume and a broken expansion vessel it turned out, which Tom diagnosed for us. David is clear in his communication, and honest; no hidden charges here. Two engineers came around to install the new boiler, which was not easy given the limited working space in our kitchen, but they did a good job.

David did a great job, very honest on what needed to be done and what wasn’t needed, great communication and a real pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend him!

David cancelled the boiler installation. Rather than reschedule I cancelled my order. On 20 March David confirmed that he has refunded me. Today is 28 March and no sign of the money in my credit card account. No response to my follow up email. Had to raise a claim with my credit card provider.

I’ve used Heat For Homes on more than one occasion, this time it was to replace a radiator that was leaking. Once again they did a good job and didn’t charge the earth. They took the old one away which was handy. I can strongly recommend Heat For Homes.

This is a fraud company please do not trust them. I found this company on Google they did the quote efficiently pretending that they are a professional company trusted by Bosch until they took 50% of the money then started making excusing and cancelling dates of installation three times until I was fed up with their false promises. I requested for refund of my money which they agreed but never refunded my money. Now I have to go to court to get my money back. Hiring this fraudulent company will be the worst mistake you can make the way I did trust them. To make things even worse I hired another reliable gas safe engineer from my builder who came within an hour and explained that the quote which was given to me by this company was not correct and infact the old boiler can be repaired costing only £350. I agreed with my builder engineer who repaired the old boiler within few minutes and since then boiler is working perfectly with one year guarantee from my builder gas safe engineer.I repeat again please do not trust this fraudulent company as I am not the only customer suffered but as per trust pilot there are other customers who took this company to court in order to get their money back.
