This is the third time Heat for Homes have come to sort out the flat. The first time was to install a new boiler. Second time was the annual service. It was during this visit that a new issue (water pressure) was flagged. This time it was Mark who was assigned for the job. He very quickly identified the issue - a leaking radiator. He installed two new radiators and did a very neat job. Friendly, polite, tidy and professional. David has a great team working for him! Thank you!

Excellent service. We received a quote the same day Tom came to survey the existing set up and a new boiler was installed the following week. The job, again by Tom, was completed smoothly and efficiently, including the necessary roofing around the flue. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service! Great communication. Very respectful of our property during the replacement of a gas combi boiler. Accomodated for our cat who gets nervous around anyone working with tools. Cleaned up all debri etc. Friendly personable service. Highly recommend.

Absolute lifesaver . Called heat for homes and spoke to David. Sent somebody to us first thing in the morning. The man who came was very helpful. He got the parts for us and it was fixed in no time at all. We would definitely recommend them and will use again if we need to.

Excellent communication throughout. David was a please to deal with, knowledgable, friendly and professional. Clearly he has a great deal of experience and was able to discuss possible causes and solutions prior to an engineer visit which was extremely useful. The quote provided was excellent and the work carried out swiftly. There was a minor issue post installation, but this was resolved in a timely fashion. Excellent service and I would highly recommend. I am a landlord with rented property so this is a rare find!!

Excellent is a very small word for the services of heat for homes. First David dealt with me very politely and professionally. Then Mark came to my place 50 minutes earlier and worked tirelessly for 9 hours. Mark was the best tradesman I be ever dealt with. The guys that came to fit and install our boiler were absolutely incredible, friendly and fantastic with our dog giving him plenty of head scratches and playing with him whilst making sure all radiators worked properly and giving us a full run down on how to use the hive app.

I asked for a Gas Safety Certificate to go with my new boiler install. David agreed and did the work but then after I paid, it turns out he never did one!

Please, please don’t ignore the warnings you see online about not paying until you’re 100% satisfied with everything. Avoid.

Edit:
Updating this after finally receiving a response - this 'Gas engineer' clearly doesn't know the difference between a 'Gas Safe Building Regulations Certificate' and a 'Gas Safety Certificate'. The two documents are completely different and serve different purposes, which is why I asked for both in the outset. Still no 'Gas Safety Certificate' has been supplied. Avoid.

Excellent boiler recommendation and fine customer service. Honest and reliable folk. I would recommend this company to my vulnerable clients and hope be with them for ten year's.

I filled out a form online for boiler replacement / Worcester Bosch on a Sunday, requested an appointment for the Monday. Dave phoned me the following day from Heat for Homes to confirm the appointment and Mark came round and my new boiler was fitted by the Thursday. Super quick, great service and value - couldn't be happier.
