Excellent company. Prompt arrival of plants with good communication regarding when they were coming. Good packaging. My bare root plants arrived with moist roots, ready to plant. All species looked very healthy on arrival. Highly recommend.

We ordered a large number of mixed bareroot plants, hawthorn, blackthorn, dog rose, spindle, guelder rose, hazel, along with holly and pyracantha which were in pots and some chestnut trees. We are very impressed with the quality of the plants and the customer service was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We asked for the delivery to be delayed due to work commitments and they were very accommodating and delivered when asked.

Plants delivered in very good condition.

I ordered 60 Hornbeam hedglings of 80-100cm. The plants were arranged to be sent the next day, so very happy with how fast they processed my order.

Although there was a small problem with the delivery company not turning up when they were supposed to, the customer service in offering to resolve the problem was brilliant. Noting the problem they did not make excuses and offered to replace any plants that did not survive the transit owing to the delay of the delivery company.

I was happy to find that all plants seem to be alive and well so I did not have to take them up on their offer.

I can say that I was happy with all things that matter, and the product itself, the speed of processing the order and the customer service post order. I would happily recommend the company.

The cherry laurel hedging plants we ordered arrived super quick, we ordered on the Sunday evening and they were with us on the Tuesday. They are lovely healthy bare root plants. Thank you.

Excellent service

Good ooking plants well packaged. Surley unhelpfull delivery driver lets the company down. Dumped the package completely blocking my vehicular access. I was home but he didnt knock door to ask where to leave delivery. When asked to move them he claimed his truck was broken. Liar. Surprised he has lasted in the job.

The costs were excellent, the delivery swift, and the plants appeared robust and vibrant. The ordering process was straightforward, offering ample useful advice. This is our second order as we're continuing to fill in spaces in our newly established hedge. The initial set has thrived splendidly and has been welcomed by both ourselves and the surrounding wildlife.

Great pricing, fast delivery and healthy looking plants. Easy to order with plenty of helpful guidance. Second batch we have purchased as we are filling gaps in newly laid hedge. First batch have come on really well and are appreciated by us and the local wildlife.

Excellent service and quality. I bought some 40cm Yew Hedging which arrived when expected. It was bareroot and I planted it out the same day. It’s all very good quality and surviving the winter weather. Looking forward to it establishing itself this spring and onwards.
