Do Not buy from them. It's a company based in China. It took over a month to get a name necklace. When it arrived it was brown and discolored. I reached out to customer service which is texts via Whatsapp. They told me it would be too expensive for me to return it because of customs and they offered me $15 to keep it. Which is 1/3 of what I paid. So I only got $15 refund for a $45 necklace that I can't wear because it's discolored. This company is a complete scam. Buyer Beware!

Helloice is hands down the best website to get your jewelry from. I’ve bought over 7-10 jewelry pieces and I love them all. Customer service is top knotch no complaints here. Shipping takes a while but hey it’s customs ssssooo it worth the wait. 10/10 I highly recommend.
