I order from here often. I have a pendant for my business my name my sons picture and several chains. None have tarnished. Yes I wear them to bed often not every night but I definitely wear them. The return policy is not so great , great responding time , just wish there was more I could gain a simple replacement would’ve been suffice but instead they offered coupons and a diy kit if u lose a stone idk what that was about but , I much prefer a 100% replacement

Site says items ship within 10 days. After 3 weeks the status hadn't even updated to processing so I asked to cancel the order and was declined. After weeks of back and forwards emails they gave 50% back. For an order they never processed they're trying to take $96. On top of that I have seen the exact same ring with other websites for 1/4 the price. Absolute fraudulent scammers. Don't buy from them.

Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 20% material and processing fee. And generally, the personalization/engraving/special orders are not allowed to cancel once it starts production, so please review your personalized information carefully before submitting the order. If you insist on canceling the customized order, there will incur a 50% customized and material processing fee.
