I had an appointment with Alexandria on Tuesday for medication for anxiety. She told me she could call in my refill of lorazepam. I had been out of medicine since the Sunday before. No refill was called in. I spent $133 for 5 minutes with her and no refill she had promised. Luckily I found a real psychiatrist that could help me with my anxiety meds. I think I deserve a refund. I contacted her through the chat line about it and she said she called it in to CVS pharmacy, but she didn't.

I was impressed that my NP spent an entire hour with me asking questions about my daily life, my summary of life from early childhood, and my overall health in order to ensure the best treatment for my struggles with insomnia!

Horrible experience. I needed medication I have been taking for 10 years. I usually saw my provider once a year. My healthcare provider retired. I thought this would be quicker as getting into another provider at the practice was a while.
The first appointment I made with Klarity the provider sent me a message saying they were not available at the arranged time. Then Klarity charged me for a missed appointment fee (for an appointment I didn't have) of $150. They refused to reimburse putting blame on the provider, who also wouldn't reimburse. Second appointment I accidentally hit cancel then reached out and rebooked it immediately with the provider. Another $150 cancelation fee. The provider was going to charge me through headway $450 insurance rate or $200 out of pocket. I chose $200 out of pocket. Talked with the provider for 2 minutes. She told me I needed to see her 3 times before she could prescribe my medicine I'd been taking for 10 years without issue. So minimum $900 physician assistance fees to get a 2 minute meeting and a 30 day supply of medicine that cost me out of pocket $10 a pill. And I pay $10,000 a year for medical insurance. It took me a day on the phone trying to resolve this and its still not resolved. I went back to my old providers group. Complete scam.

Total Waste of Time—Providers Are Completely Unqualified for SWSD
Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆
I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Klarity.com. This platform is frequently recommended for treating Shift Work Sleep Disorder (SWSD), yet it was painfully clear from the moment the appointment started that my Nurse Practitioner had no idea what they were doing.
An assessment for a specific medical condition requires a provider who actually understands the diagnostic criteria. My NP,Nicole Diaz didn't even know the basic questions to ask to assess for SWSD. I ended up feeling like I was the one educating the "professional" I paid to see. It is incredibly discouraging to seek help for a condition that impacts your daily life, only to be met with such a profound lack of clinical competence.
Reasons to avoid this company:
Incompetent Staff: They claim to specialize in certain areas but assign providers who lack the most basic knowledge of those conditions.
Zero Value: I feel completely ripped off. I paid a premium for an "expert" consultation and received absolutely nothing of value in return.
Poor Screening: If a company is going to market itself for specific disorders, they have a responsibility to ensure their practitioners are actually trained to treat them.
Do not waste your money here. If you are looking for an actual medical assessment and professional guidance, look elsewhere. This site is a cash grab that prioritizes volume over patient care.

The very first time a medical professional gave me a feeling of “healing,” and with just intellectual clarity. He was able to translate in very little time, a depth awareness of something I had never understood until now. Highly highly recommend him.

My visit exceeded my expectations, Matt listened, educated me on my condition and pros and cons of various treatment options . I feel like I have a good plan and a resource for additional questions or issues that may arise. He made sure to schedule a follow up to check my progress

This review is specifically for Doctor Gina Metellus! However she was not the only one. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! They are basically just prescription Sellers and she even messed up the medication and I couldn't get it and she wouldn't fix it! They even try to take money off my card on several different occasions without my knowledge so be careful! So the story is I needed to find a new doctor and fast because I am on medicine for my PTSD and I can have seizures without it. So I found her it says she has five stars so I gave it a shot and she knew exactly what I needed and agreed to be my doctor and help me with my prescriptions. After an hour of talking she was very nice she seemed very comforting she suggests something I should try because I still had about a week before I needed my PTSD medicine and begins to tell me that she needs to see me a week later and she will refill the medication that I really need. So I'm out of my medicine I do not feel good and she promised me she would fill it the day of even though I was like why wouldn't you just give me the prescription the same day you gave me the other stuff? So I was like you know what I'm going to give her a chance and sure enough the day of now I'm out of my medicine I trusted her I have no other doctor now she would not write my prescription knowing I can have seizures and seriously I could die from not having my medicine she would not write my prescription until I gave her extra money and then she still wrote the wrong prescription and didn't answer me! When I was talking to her you can see that she's like sitting down she's moving around she's not behind a desk it's very unprofessional but other than that I just checked my bank account cuz I just wanted to make sure and sure enough they've been trying to pull money off my account for over a week different transactions so be careful they will try to take money off your cards without your knowledge!!! I only gave her two stars because she was so comforting and nice in the beginning and listen to me otherwise I would have gave it one star!

This has been the best online service that I have found for mental health. Dr. Patton has been extremely helpful, she’s got a great upbeat personality and is very responsive. If there’s ever an issue, she gets back to me very quickly.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Fletcher. She did a great job asking questions, really listening, and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable throughout the visit and appreciated how thorough and professional she was. Based on my experience so far, I believe this will be a great long-term doctor-patient relationship.
