Robot plæneklipper fra HELMERSENS

Jeg har i 2018 og 2017 købt 2 robotplæneklippere hos Helmersens, i alt for kr. 51.000,00 inkl. moms og installation. Jeg var meget tilfreds med selve installationerne. Desværre har det efterfølgende vist sig, at jeg ikke har kunne få hjælp til at holde robotterne kørende online på min smartphone. Jeg har forsøgt at komme i telefonisk kontakt med Helmersens, Jesper Helmersen, heromkring uden dette er lykkedes på indeværende tidspunkt, hvorfor jeg ikke kan anvende den lovede app.som jeg har betalt for
