Henchman ladder for uneven surfaces - to drawer.
What a delight to work with Henchman again after about 15 years!
The sales person was called James at the Great Yorkshire Show July 2026. He was very customer focused, clearly had extensive knowledge and understanding of the products and the right product for me the customer. I've used the ladder for uneven surfaces several times already - very very pleased. Much lighter and equally strong and stable to my previous model. Can carry round like a holiday suitcase!

Great step ladder
Great step ladder. Just the job for trimming a 10ft hedge on a sloping garden using both arms to hold a pole cutter. Loss of one star because it's pretty expensive to buy.

My Garden Ladder.
I was very pleased to receive my garden ladder which eventually arrived following its tour around Somerset. It was very well packed and arrived in good condition the only thing that was damaged was one of the rubber foot covers had a little tear which could spread if I was to try to remove it.

Ladder arrived promptly. Delivery instructions were observed. One end cap was missing but was forwarded in a couple of days.

Best ladders ever used
Info great on website, ordering process easy, and delivered on time.
I bought the 3m pro tripod for professional use, having not used adjustable tripods before. They are expensive but very happy with stability, ajustableity . They aren't to heavy either moving about and loading on my roof rack.
Should of bought these 5 years ago dont know how I managed before without them. I literally feel 10x safer .thanks

Was excellent wish I bought one years ago
Was able to go to nearby showroom and try it out as it is quite an expense for a ladder Having got it and used it I wish I had bought one years ago It is excellent just like walking up a staircase so stable The three adjustable legs means I can get up close in very tight spots and feel so secure without anyone holding the ladder

Upgrade exchange
I ordered an adjustable tripod ladder using the suggestions in the table on the website which although accurate the height was on the cusp of being easily usable, so I requested to exchange for the next size up. This was easy to arrange and arrived soon, with a collection of the first ladder the following week. I am pleased with the product and now need to adapt how I work at height with them.
