Most stable ladder I’ve ever used : looks to be tig welded (no rivets) : wish I’d bought one years ago

My online order was handled efficiently and delivery was made more quickly than expected. I haven't rated the experience at 5 stars because my great and very expensive new tripod ladder, which happily can be lifted and moved very easily, was left otside my home by the delivery driver without any attempt to knock on the door or ring the bell. Fortunately we came out to the front of the house not long after it had been delivered but had we remained in the house or gardenfor longer that ladder could easily have 'disappeared'.

These are the best ladders I have ever used. Total safety especially when using power tools. Just wish I’d bought them years ago. It’s the only ladders I have felt 100% safe on

Ladder was really great and delivered on time. The only issue was it was left at the side of the track about 60 yards from the house. I had phoned Henchman to say I had issues with the delivery company and gave detailed instructions of where the house was.

Purchased the Henchman Pro 16' trimming hedges at hight is now simple and a lot safer.

The madder is great, I think it’s well suited to its intended purpose.

The delivery experience was very poor though, the driver threw the ladder over a 6 foot gate, with it hitting several items on the ground ad it landed, all captured on my security camera.

I recently bought a ladder from Henchman so that I could cut my hedges at my house and I couldn't be more pleased. The fast delivery exceeded my expectations and the professional build quality is evident. The lightweight design makes the ladder easy to manoeuvre and transport and of course, the working platform gives confidence to work safely with power tools at height. Great product and would recommend this product to anyone needing to carry out either indoor or outdoor maintenance.

I ordered a Henchman 2.4 mtr adjustable step ladder, having looked at the hight of the ladder, after i had already paid, I decided to change the length to a 3 mtr
This was made so easy by the Vikki after I phoned them, the order was adjusted, and I received the ladder the next day, and boy was i not disappointed, they are such good quality, light weight and very easy to use 👌 absolutely fantastic, along with the service from the supplier,highly recommend 😀

Henchman service & support was top, product is great quality. Unfortunately they work with a terrible transport company.
