Solid and Safe
Received my Henchman in perfect condition as it was well wrapped.
Having now used it to clean my motorhome roof, I am really plased with it. It is so solid and secure and a joy to use.
One note is that an additional step should be available to ease the step up to the lower rung when legs fully extended. If that gap isn't supposed to be there then extension that far should not be possible. Once on the top safe rung I was operating well within recommendations- was just a struggle to navigate first rung.

Quality ladder sturdy and well made.
Needed a quality ladder for our 10/12 ft hedges and olive trees. The ground is uneven. This ladder is excellent never felt safer using a ladder and hedge trimmer. Easy to adjust, and light enough to move without too much effort. I can recommend this ladder you get what you pay for. Yes it’s a lot of money for a ladder but an investment that will pay for itself in no time.

Really fast delivery
Really fast delivery, I was very pleased with how sturdy the ladder is when using it, there is no wobble at all, just a very confidense inspiring solidarity. Quite expensive but cheaper than being laid up injured which is more likely with inferior products.
