My wife and I have a small portfolio of rental properties in the Middleton area and over the last few years have bought and rented out several properties using Henstock Property Services. Henstock Property Services have handled our sales, purchases and lettings efficiently and in our dealings with them we have never found them to be anything other than efficient and courteous. We have used other local agencies when buying, but If you are considering buying or selling property in Middleton I would have no hesitation in recommending Henstock Property Services over any of the other estate agents in Middleton, particularly with Henstock’s intimate knowledge of the local area and housing market.

I would just like to thank Henstock Property Services for all their help and support in bringing the second property we have placed with them to market. I have always found them to be professional and friendly. They have given me sound advice and have on more than one occasion saved me a considerable amount of money. Phil has been particularly helpful and has taken a lot of the hassle away from the process.

The team at Henstock Property Services were very professional from start to finish. I originally selected them to sell my property, as they have an excellent reputation in the area and they're extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what they needed to, to be able to sell my house to potential buyers, they even educated our buyers about the local area by giving them a walking tour around Alkrington Nature Reserve. If you want a stress free process of selling your home, then look no further than Henstock Property Services, I would highly recommend them to anybody.

What an absolute joke of an estate agents. Went to view a property today, met the owner of the agents, who opened the door for us, then sat on his backside on the sofa, and told us to "crack on" we had a good look around the property and went back downstairs to ask a few questions. You can imagine my shock, when the answer to every single question was "don't know" "I'm not bothered, it's not my house" "makes no difference to me" I've looked at quite a few properties recently, and if this company was selling my house, I'd be absolutely livid.....the worst thing was, this was the director of the estate agents.........so if you're thinking of selling/renting your property? You do well to give these cowboys a swerve. The experience was so bad, it's actually put me off making an offer....
