Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I ordered some herbs from this company, which unfortunately did not arrive due to courier service failure. But I can't fault Herbal Havens . Lorraine who, once advised that my herbs hadn't been delivered did her best to resolve it and chased the delivery company ++. When the herbs still failed to arrive a full refund was issued with the promise of advice on reviving any survivors should the plants ever turn up. Thank you.

I order from this company all the time, and they are THE BEST. Reliably excellent plants, amazing customer service, I recommend them to everyone on my allotment site and beyond. Really can't praise them enough.

Great plants

Website was easy to use, I was kept well informed about my delivery. The order arrived quickly. The plants were well packed and all were really healthy. I would definitely order from Herbal Haven again.

Beautiful herb plants

Beautiful little plants. Not just seedlings or straggly little misfits, they are proper young beautiful herb plants. Tucked in with wooly covers fur moisture and excellent protection covers during delivery. Arrived almost instantly which is even better. Not quite sure how I ordered two purple sage but they are so pretty . Must check and double check I do that too often giggle.
Follow up advice email after dispatch. Having grown lots of herbs for years and years I am usually naughty so I will do as told for once . I will say where is says water immediately only one plant needed a top up . Really good little wooly covers.
Definitely handing out their details to everyone I know. Highly recommended
