***Actually, NO STARS*****Purchased Samsung Galaxy Tablet from Herbetrade Store 7285 through Ebay. This tablet was indicated in the seller's information details to be able to be utilized as a phone. The tablet was advertised as being New in box. When I received the tablet, it was not new, the charger cable was not for that type tablet, and the charger plug itself was not correct either. The tablet was charcoal colored and the label on the tablet and box indicated Black color. The tablet was in a large box, similar to a box for a larger tablet size. With trying to turn on the tablet, I had to purchase a cable that would work for that tablet just to charge the battery to even turn on the tablet. After having to seek assistance in getting the tablet to come on, I find out (message indicated on tablet itself) that the tablet will not accept the SIM Card advised by Herbetarde representative (Mr Ye Sheng) to get the tablet to work. After trying other SIM Cards from various phone carriers, I still was not able to get the tablet to open. With me checking with several other phone carriers with them checking the tablet IMEI #, they said they could not open the tablet, and it was noted to be showing as a Lost or Stolen item. After seeking assistance from several phone carriers, computer stores, and IT personnel at my work office, all were not able to open the tablet.
With my several communications via text messages with Herbetrade representative above, I was told a few other measures to try to remedy my problem. These other measures did not lead to a resolution of the problem which is, I cannot open a locked tablet and use it at all. I was eventually instructed to return the tablet to the address per by Herbetrade representative directions with me ending up in having to pay for that return postage. I had asked for a refund of the purchase price or exchange for the correct item and accessories. After a few weeks' time, the tablet was returned back to me with the mailing box unopened and the included letter of explanation of my situation and refund or exchange request even read. With reaching out to the Herbetrade representative again, the same back and forth remarks were received, and yet no action taken to remedy the situation.
I am very unhappy with this company and warn others to avoid them.

Mobile phone ordered as 'new and unused' but failed completely after only two months. The cost of this phone was far greater than many alternative cheaper sellers, but was purchased for its presumed quality. Despite numerous messages through EBay, the matter is still unresolved after 6 months, with the phone still not possible to even switch on!

I purchased a Sony xz1 compact from Herbetrade in May 2021 and it stopped working in Oct 2021. I contacted them and they gave advice but it did not help. They advised to return the phone and they would refund my money. I considered it a warranty issue and did not start a return through ebay.
Herbetrade confirmed they received the phone and kept promising to return my money but never did and no longer will respond to my messages and Ebay will do nothing because the 180 days has elapsed. Gonepaddling111

Herbetrade sold me a SONY cell phone as new. When the electronics went bad within a year of purchase, Sony informed me that the phone had already been registered 2 years earlier. It was not a new phone, Herbetrade was not an authorized dealer and I was out $450.

Herbetrade sold me a phone as "brand new" however it turned out to be a used model that was poorly repaired. This was confirmed after opening the phone which had non-original glue marks all over. Herbetrade is not willing to refund, avoid this seller!

I bought a new mobile phone - delivered used, repaired to which the warranty expired and with no OS upgrade options - confirmed by the customer service (Huawei). Only after the opening of the case at ebay got confirmation that the phone was delivered back and returned the money, but not for the return delivery.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I purchased an LG G4 advertised as "New" but it was a refurbished phone from China. LG confirmed this when I sent it in for repair under warranty. They refused to repair it once they realized it was not an original. Serial number did not match the IMEA.
He has not had the courtesy to reply to any of my emails requesting a replacement.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Herbetrade and I was amazed that I received the package very soon. The package was well packed and was as described in the listing. Their service is superb and they replied all my emails very quickly. In short I would like to say that if you need piece of mind just buy from Herbetrade. They really mean it "Best service before and after purchase".
