The courier sometimes just decides not to come and then the fake delivery status updates appear, that no one was at home...

Worst people delivering, worst service, worst delivery times and ways...I don't know how company like this can be still in business....

I cann't believe this! Definitively bad!
- they can find the given (correct) address! Of course not easy to find the place without navigation system on board...
- second try ; they cann't find the address for the second time, even after explanation of the way to follow!
- very expensive phone call to the society! No 0800 service!
- answer ; go to the central delivery centre of your region to pick up your packet!
Unacceptable! It's now nearly one week and I still do not have my order. Ridiculous! Pure amateurism...
I will never choose again a shop working with Hermes!

By the way, I ordered a case for my smartphone in China on the same day! Arrived today!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the 16th of April. They were supposed to arrive between April 17 and April 19. Nothing happened however. The status at some point updated to "waiting for address clarification at the depot". Weird, because they can always deliver my neighbors packages to me no problem, they should know where I live by now.

One week passed, nothing changed. I called their expensive phone number to hear they were going to wait with bringing it to me until May 2nd!!!! Just unbelievable! After I called them they're going to deliver it this Wednesday know, which "only" makes it a week late.

How are these people stil in business???

Hermes is a scam delivery service. Every time I get a notification or mail or something else telling that unfortunately they couldn't deliver a package.
Amazing, may be at least you should try to do it?! Every time I order something, I hope that it will not be Hermes. If it Hermes, then the package is lost.
Truly, the worst delivery service the one can find in Germany!

Never and ever again. The personnel has management problem and unorganized attitude. The couurier has no idea about their packet shops which they advertised. When the packet shop ceases to exist, their site is not uptodate and their couriers are careless and not knowlegible. They kept on repeating that they have tried to deliver the parcel ( lies ). Besides, tthey took over more than a week to get it back to the sender.
After monitoring which courier came at the door for packet delivery, Hermes was not observed in the vdeocamera , but on the electronic tracking -a message that they have tried to deliver the packet. Lousy and untrustworthy

I usually shop a lot with Amazon.de and whenever i see that my package will be delivery by Hermes, I begin to dread the moment that I'll have to deal with the delivery guy in my area. Very rude guy, completely unprepared for this service, sometimes he leaves my package outside and signs as if he left the package with a neighbour. If i could i would NEVER EVER use their services ever again!

Will never send anything with hermes again in my life. I sold two items on eBay, one week ago, and they still haven't arrived (one parcel was sent to Germany, the other one to Lithuania). The only thing that's good about hermes is that they are cheap and many small shops accept parcels.

My orders were already several times delivered by Hermes and not a single time it was not without a problem.
I have waited week and a half for my bicycle, because the driver could not find the address!!! and than they couldn't arrange another delivery time.
They don't notify you in any way that they were at your place for a delivery and you were not at home and when you don't check the tracking daily, they will send the package back to the shop. They had to send it again - using DHL.
Last time I called them that I would like to pick the package at the PacketShop they said that it will be available Monday from 16:00. Went there - no package; I should come next day. Tuesday - no package; I should call them again. I did, they said it's gonna be at the PacketShop Thursday from 16:00. Went there - no package; I should come on Friday...
What else can I say, save yourself the trouble and use different packet service.

Everything was fine, i received the parcel from Germany to France in "Mondial Relay", but got no sms.

I have the application "Parceltrack", downloaded on Aptoide (equivalent of googleapps), which was useful because i was informed that my parcel came, but not the exact name of the place.

In my town, there was only one "Mondial Relay", so, i called Mondial Relay (general number) to know where the parcel was, and i got the answer. If this can help other people, then its good.
