After initially having a frustrating experience with a defective pair of sneakers and feeling dismissed by customer service, I’m happy to report that the situation has been turned around.

Today, I was contacted by a helpful representative who took my concerns seriously. They reviewed the case again and offered a fair and satisfactory solution. I truly appreciate the effort HHV made to make things right.

I had a very disappointing experience with HHV during my recent trip to Berlin. I visited their store twice (on June 13 and June 16) based on staff advice that I could get a Tax-Free refund by placing online orders and picking them up in-store with my name and address on the invoice.

However, when I went to collect my orders, I was told that the Tax-Free forms were out of stock and was advised to contact customer service. I immediately emailed them, twice in English and German, but have received no response for 10 days. I followed up requesting a refund equivalent to my entitled Tax-Free amount, but still no reply.

To get the Tax-Free refund, I had to pay €4 just to print the invoices, and spent around €11 including transport costs — all to hear that no forms were left.

The lack of forms in the store was not a problem I could solve, and is entirely the store’s fault. Receiving the Tax-Free refund is my right, and I was wronged because of this.

Now that I have returned to my country, I have completely missed my chance to claim the refund. I spent two valuable days of my holiday trying to resolve this issue, only to be met with silence and no support.

Due to HHV’s negligence, I did not receive my €26.75 VAT refund that I was entitled to. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I expect HHV to process my refund promptly.

Ordered used CD which was graded VG+/VG. On the real the Disc is Poor, skips from the half, completly useless!
Second order Item should be new & sealed, but it wasn't. It was secondhand and unsealed!
No respond for claim of refund...

Ordered a pair of sneakers, BLUE, received a WHITE pair of sneakers, called them and they sent me the details to ship the wrong sneakers back and obviously, when they receive them they will ship the good ones, received them today and again, I RECEIVED THE SAME PAIR OF SNEAKERS, WHITE and not BLUE. What´s wrong with this shop? Why they do not make sure they are shipping the correct products? Also, customer service is way too slow, taking 3 days to reply, I reply back and they again take so long to reply, worst customer service ever, and no proper answers whatsoever on their emails, so even tho I reply within minutes I have to wait 3 days to receive just a nonsense reply, don’t understand how you are still open, as after a month I’m still waiting to receive my sneakers.

I bought 2 records by Thee Oh Sees two weeks ago. They sent me an email saying they had been "shipped" along with an Asendia tracking number, but it never moved past the "manifest created" status. I contacted them but got no response. Very poor customer service! I'm sure those records were never actually sent.

They only returned half of the money for my cancelled order and then don't respond to my mails

Graham Nash wild tales ordered from this company. It was VG on the site. However full of scraches not to listen to. My analysis: VVB - = very very bad minus. I will never order/buy a Second hand lp here again : price - Quality not in Balance. Bad bad bad

This is my first time using their service, and it has been the worst experience so far.

I contacted their customer service hotline to ask for an update on my delayed order. They confirmed that the order is indeed late but couldn’t provide any explanation for the delay. I asked several times when my order would be shipped, but all the representative said was, “Your order may be shipped in the next hour or in the next hours. We can't say when it will be ready for shipment.” I find it very strange that they can't provide any shipping timeline, even though the payment has already been deducted from my account.

I also sent 2 emails and they answered to none of them.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation.

Good product, value for money, safe handling and consumer satisfaction.

I regularly order from hhv.de ​​and am always satisfied. The collection of vinyl records is really impressive – many unique releases and special editions that are difficult to find elsewhere. The website is clear and ordering is easy.

What also strikes me is the fast shipping: my orders are always neatly packaged and arrive quickly, even to the Netherlands. Customer service is friendly and responds quickly to questions.

The streetwear and sneakers are also of high quality, with often great offers. In short: a must for every music lover or streetwear fan!

The worst refund service i’ve ever experienced, and I buy a lot of things online.

It was the first and last time I bought anything from this store.

Great products and fast shipping.
Unfortunatly items cost more when you don't live in Germany.

A multiple disc order was placed in late March and the order was delayed because one disc was not available and we are almost early May and the order does not arrive, I contacted customer service and told me that some discs are not available, when I enter my profile to review the order it turns out that some discs that in March were available, now there is no stock, basically have not reserved the items already paid for, some unpresentable

Great prices and delivery but what good is the service if they dont reply to any emails.

Placed 2 orders, both cancelled. Took them 2 weeks to tell me they’d “oversold” due to a system glitch and cancelled. No communication in that time. Terrible service.
