Excellent service, excellent products and when I called for advice before placing my order, I got excellent advice with a good friendly but professional manner. I wish every company was like this.

Order (length of speaker cable) placed mid-day Friday and delivered via Royal Mail on Saturday morning. Suitably packed, correct length - what's not to like?

It is at least 15 years since I bought anything to do with audio, that was speaker cables from Hi fi cables. I was impressed by their service then and I am happy to say that it is just as good now. I placed an order on Wednesday and the goods arrived, through the post, Thursday morning. Can't get much better than that. Thank you, and thank you to the Post Office as well!

I placed an order for a pair of QED Performance Graphite Audio RCA cables on 6 August 2021, they were despatched the same day and arrived the next day. Great customer service and excellent products.

QED Profile 3.5mm Jack To Jack Cable 5m to replace my headphone cable. The service was incredibly fast , having ordered at lunchtime on a Friday the cable arrived at 10am the following morning well packaged .

Needed a new 2m 3.5mm Jack To Phono Cable and placed an order on Friday afternoon, it was despatched and delivered to me on the Saturday, very impressive.
