Ordered one day received the next one

Hificorner offer good prices and good service on their website. I raised a question on their chat and promptly received a useful answer. Their website is well structured and easy to navigate in.
However, the delivery service is poor. The home delivery service is indeed fast, but the delivery by PostNL occurs typically in the middle of the day when no one is at home since people are working. No notification of when delivery would take place was issued. Following the first delivery attempt, PostNL promised return the following day. I was at home waiting all day, but PostNL did not keep their promise. Instead I had to wait another two days for the next attempt to deliver. This attempt failed again, because I was at work. Now, I have to pick up the parcel at a pick-up point with poor opening hours (they close at 6pm). The delivery needs to improve. I suggest that the buyer is given an opportunity to choose method of delivery. One of the options should be a pick-up point, preferably of the buyers choice. Most importantly, the pick-up point should have generous opening hours to allow evening pick-up. Closing at 6pm is too early, a more reasonable closing time would be 9pm or 10pm.

I doubt that I will shop at Hificorner again, solely because of the poor delivery service.

All transaction went smooth and very fast. The Denon DNP-730AE was in my neighbours home, I was absent, next day early afternoon. Very, very good.
I took the box and the surprise was well visible even outside on the attached label. The colour was black and I ordered silver. Somebody was distracted because too fast ???
I recommend Hificorner but ... they may surprise you.

ordered on Sunday night at about 8pm, had it the next day. amazing.

Ordered it at night at 10:45 it came in my mail box at 11am the next day. Great service. I was super excited to get my order that soon! Ive looked at a lot of earphones ( Bluetooth) before getting Jaybird and i must say its the best one yet. Specially if you do a lot of sports ( like me ). The earphones are comfortable and dont fall off when you are on the move. Charging time is quick and last for hours of play. Im happy with my purchase!

Good service and fast delivery. A better knowledge of the products they sell would be much appreciated. I raised some questions about compatibility but apparently they were not aware of all the accessories coming with the product I bought. In the box there was more than what they said.
